1st all inclusive and they don’t give you Drinks 2nd for air conditioning I pay extra 80 euros because they said electric is very expensive 3d the beach is terrible you need to walk 30 minutes to normal beach 4th food is terrible the same and the same for 7 days oh no they put meat once from Lidl 5th They cleaning terrible 6th in the morning you need to run because the food can finish 7th you can Eat only fish not fresh frozen 2years ago meat 3years ago In simple words I pay all inclusive and after the breakfast I eat on restaurants outside of this hotel it’s terrible

As a family of four adults that travelled to many places around the world we were TRULY DISSAPOINTED about our stay in Georgina Inn Hotel considering how much we paid and what we expected to get according to Booking. The first shock we experienced shortly after arrival was the ROOM we got, therefore it was NOT THE ONE WE PAID FOR. We booked and paid for the standard apartment (bedroom and living room) and we got one regular bedroom with two smaller beds around the double bed which could fit a bit bigger kids. We are not the kind of people to argue about all the little things but we couldn’t let that go since we paid a lot of money and it was physically impossible for all four of us to comfortably sleep. We let the owner know and at first she insisted that that was the room we booked and that there is no other available, but after we reached out to Booking Help Centre, explained the situation and they contacted the owner, the next day our actual room/apartment was ready for us to move in. And the strangest thing was that we didn’t even actually checked in. The owner didn’t even get our names, let alone asked for our documents. The second thing that was a complete scam was the AIR CONDITIONING. We were aware that in a lot places in Greece they CHARGE YOU EXTRA for it so I tried to make sure it was included, at least on Booking it says it is. Well, it isn’t. We needed to pay extra 8€ per night/56€ for a week to have a remote for air conditioning and 10,5€ of tourist tax for which we did not even get a receipt. The third and the most annoying and non acceptable thing was the NON CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM. During our one week stay at the hotel they cleaned our room and changed our towels and sheets ONCE (just the next day after we moved into our room). Since we were gone for the whole day, every day going around the island (most of the time to sandy beaches) in the extreme heat and to have a non vaccumed room and only one towel for a week is just not acceptable for a three star hotel. Not to mention there is NO BATHROOM SUPPLIES except toilet paper even though it also says they are included. No shampoo and no soap (there are containters installed but there’s nothing in them - the irony) and to top it all off the hair dryer did not work. And since there is a “kitchennete” in the room there was NO KITCHEN SUPPLIES only a working fridge (empty of course even though it says mini bar is included), a working sink, a working microwave and around 5-6 cabinets that are completely empty. There’s not even one glass, one plate or one spoon. And the fourth thing that really bothered us since this should be an all inclusive was THE FOOD AND HOW IT WAS SERVED. After multiple years of travelling around the world we have never experienced something like that. For every meal, even breakfast, YOU HAD TO STAND IN LINE with all the other guest of the hotel (there were many) and point at the food you would like so the lady behind the counter put that food on a plate for

RUBBISH HOTEL, ALL INCLUSIVE IS ONLY SPFT DRINLS, complaining All the time, NOT ALLOEED SOFT DRINKS, DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL!!!! STAY AWA, do not come, owners hate the English at all times, haven’t done a thing wrong and they are complaining

Hotel has good location, it is close to supermarket, beach and there are taverns literally across the street. It can be problem if you plan to go to Laganas because bus goes only 2 times a day and not in scheduled time but one hour earlier (i heard, didn't use it so i can't confirm that), but it is under 2 km so if you want to, you can still walk. Staff in this hotel (especially Georgina i think) was amazing, willing to help and answer your questions. On the other hand i feel that it is right to write negatives, i don't want to make a big deal of it but for example it is weird if you have all inclusive and can't get a bottle of watter when you go to the beach or trip, so we had to buy water, also beer is not included and despite the fact that food was tasty, it felt like there is always same food except some small changes and the staff is serving your meal so if it is busy, you have to wait in queue for a few minutes. So all inclusive here is a bit weird at all and if i will go there again, i will go only with breakfast. Also we didn't have any shampoo or soap in the room and AC is not free, it costs 6 or 8 euros/day, i don't remeber.
