L’hotel si trova in una zona collinare in un punto panoramico che regala una bellissima vista sul mare. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno dato informazioni sulle spiagge più belle. Il buffet della colazione, sia salata che dolce, è vario e abbondante. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

L'hotel boutique balcony è situato nella splendida baia di tsilivi, a pochi km da zacinto centro. L'albergo è ottimamente gestito da Heleni,bella ed elegante padrona di casa. Heleni parla benissimo in italiano ed è una persona gentile e Sempre disponibile. Le camere,anche quelle del piano terreno,godono di una vista mozzafiato e sono arredate in maniera moderna e funzionale. La biancheria, quella da letto e da bagno ,sempre profumata e pulitissima. Eccellente la cura dell'ordine e della pulizia. Al mattino la colazione viene servita in terrazza. Abbondante e varia,offre una vasta gamma di prodotti dolci e salati. Il personale è preparato e gentilissimo,sia quello di servizio che in reception. La struttura è dotata anche di un elegante ristorante,dove si può decidere di prendere un aperitivo o cenare per concedersi una vista unica sulla baia. L'ultimo giorno Heleni ci ha dato la possibilità di usufruire di un doppio bagno,dopo aver consegnato la camera,in modo da consentirci un ultimo tuffo a mare e di andare in aeroporto freschi ed in ordine. Un soggiorno perfetto che consiglierei vivamente!!!

ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene.....avevamo camera superior vista mare molto carina.... con tutto il comfort necessario e una vista fantastica. Eleni e le sue collaboratrici sono gentilissime e sempre disponibili per consigli su dove andare e cosa fare ....posizione ottima per visitare l'isola (che consiglio in quanto molto bella) e assolutamente tranquilla. Consiglio anche di provare il ristorante del Balcony..... ottima cena con vista mozzafiato.

Il Balcony è un hotel stupendo, tutto curato nei minimi particolari da persone meravigliose, gentili, sempre pronte ad aiutarti in ogni cosa. Ho visto forse il tramonto più bello della mia vita: a 360 gradi! La colazione continentale ottima, con prodotti genuini e locali. Un apprezzamento anche al servizio navetta da e per l’aeroporto Zantelimo, e alle bellissime escursioni che abbiamo fatto con loro. Non ultimo il Ristorante vista mare del Balcony, buonissimo, piatti tipici ma con una rivisitazione particolare e anche abbondanti. Tornerò sicuramente e chissà la prossima volta non sarebbe male trovare una bella piscina a sfioro vista mare. Sarebbe top!

Okay, we've just wrapped up our stay at the Balcony Boutique Hotel, and I wanted to give you our full personal take on it. The location is amazing. On a hill overlooking the sea, which means you get these absolutely incredible panoramic views from... well, you guessed it, the balconies! The one in your room and the beautiful terrace of the hotel. It's a short drive from the main rush, and even in May a rush it is, so it feels private and peaceful, but you're still very close to things when you need to head out. For us, that balance was perfect. You'll definitely want a car to get around easily, but honestly, the place and the views are worth it. Our room was modern, stylish, boutiquey. A well deserved name. It was a clean room, with a super comfortable bed. Good air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. And that balcony! The perfect spot for morning coffee (or an evening drink), slowly enjoying the marvelous view. The room is an experience in itself. The service was excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive. Their personal touch really elevated the stay. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful, stylish escape with breathtaking views and a strong sense of personalized service, the Balcony Boutique Hotel is a good choice. It's not a crowded resort-style place. We left feeling completely pleased, which is why I didn't want to hold this comment short.

What a fantastic place! Our stay at Balcony Boutique Hotel in Tsilivi was absolutely perfect. The location is breathtaking with a magnificent view over the sea - waking up every morning was a party. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was extensive, very tasty and was continuously replenished! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zakynthos and wanting to stay in Tsilivi. We will definitely come back!
