Food was mostly cold in the all inclusive and not a lot of options but can't complain about anything else apart from the shower making the whole bathroom damp and smelly

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The worst experience of a hotel I have ever had Me and my friends came here for a girls holiday and the second we arrived it was absolute hell! We were greeted by an elderly man and woman with an awful attitude! Even before getting our room keys we were hit with tourists tax, room tax and a deposit!! Wich is to be payed cash only! We then went up to our room wich was like a hostel!! Absolutely disgusting! Dead bugs on the floor disgusting toilet seat and a really fowl smell! We payed $10 a night for air corn and I didn’t work the first night so we went down the reception to resolve the issue and were met by the elderly man who owns the hotel screaming in our faces as well as the woman! He came from behind the desk clenching his fist in mine and my friends face! We are only 19 year old girls in a foreign country we were absolutely petrified he was threatening to throw us out because we asked for the aircon fixed! Further on my other friend was coming in from a night out at about 6:30am and this man came from nowhere and slapped my friend full force across the face for being “too loud” instead of requesting him to be quieter he just resulted in violence! The food drinks pool hygiene everything in this hotel is disgraceful and vile this place needs shut down! And the men that work on the bar say some awful disgusting disrespectful comments towards young girls! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

WARNINGGGG ‼️‼️‼️ This Hotel was not what we were expecting. When you arrive expect to pay €20 euro cash for tax on each room and a €50 deposit. As well as paying for wifi, a safe and aircon. Had to ask for a room to be cleaned for clean towels and TOLIET ROLL. The food included chip, raw chicken, chunky rice and melon for dinner doesn’t get more intresting than that. The bunk beds didn’t have ladders, dogdy plugs and shower flooded without fans and ventilation. SILVER FISH EVERYWHERE. Don’t bother with all inclusive, they don’t have a cocktail shaker and you have to pay extra for bottled water, and drinks from the fridge. BAR SHUTS AT 10 And you can’t bring shop brought food into social areas . On the whole the staff where understanding and reception was 24/7

Absolutely awful - this hotel should not exist. Room is tiny, dirty, smelly, no toilet paper, open shower (and when we complained, we received a curtain and all the water splashed throughout all bathroom). Very noisy, since it's filled with noisy british teenagers and every step is heard through paper-like walls. And opposite balconies within 5 meters ... hearing the snorring of neighbours. Air conditioning is EUR 5 / person, Wifi the same. Breakfast is like charity - poor and cold ... simply charity. Awful. The best is the photographer ... photos depict a whole other world than reality. Keep away !!!

Still here , food if u can call it that is terrible absolutely rank no choice at all , young lass who works in ( i say returant but its never been one ) got pissed an slept with anyone that gave her the eye , manager in reception well let's just say very bad attitude, would I stay here again absolutely not

I come across this hotel and the amazing team by chance. This was my 1st solo holiday. The staff went above and beyond. They made me feel safe and welcomed from the get go. always there to support you, can't rate these Beautiful souls enough
