Castelli Hotel All Inclusive

We had a wonderful stay there. All the staff were welcoming and provide best service

Me and my husband visited Castelli recently, the location is only 20 minutes from the airport which is great, it is also in walking distance to Laganas beach and many bars and restaurants. Although the ***** is walkable there was no noise or disturbance which was great for us. We were warmly welcomed and our interactions with many of the staff were positive. The owner is attentive and engaging with his guests. We arrived early for check in and after having lunch our room was prepared early which was fantastic. The room (in the main block) itself was an okay size and quiet (although a bin in the main room would be good) but the bathroom was very small and as toilet paper can’t be flushed down the toilet you have to put your tissue in a small bin provided but it’s not a sanitary bin, although the bag was changed daily we would have preferred it to be an automated bin or sterilised to prevent contamination. The food was varied daily, fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed both the food and drinks options. There was some entertainment (singers, dancers, turtle presentation) but the schedule seemed to change last minute and we found that the entertainment wasn’t really to our personal taste. The pool was okay although not very big and was busy at times and people queue from early in the morning to grab a sunbed (there aren’t enough around the pool for the number of guests), although there are beds in the olive grove, but this is not directly by the pool. If you are looking for a cosy, relaxed hotel this may be right for you. We definitely had the chance to recharge.

So I could not recommend Castelli Hotel more - The staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing with different options every night. There is plenty of entertainment and a chilled atmosphere where everyone is friendly. by far my favourite holiday and I will be booking again and bringing my parents!
