Modern hotel en kamers maar kan niet aan 5* hotel tippen. Personeel is enkel vriendelijk tegen Ierse en Poolse/Russische gasten. Lang gezicht tijdens het bedienen, zeker aan de poolbar door de 2 dames. Eten is matig, weinig keuze, zeker voor kinderen is dit matig. Bediening van restaurant is matig, je moet zelf bestek zoeken en je eigen tafel dekken. Geen persoonlijke aanpak. Voor veel moet je bijbetalen (zelf voor fles water aan de receptie, dit terwijl dit all-in is) Snackbar stelt helemaal niks voor, geen buffet, enkel droge hotdogs, droge tortillas, harde broodjes.. Strand dichtbij maar onverzorgd. Wij huurden auto om zakynthos te ontdekken en dat was heel leuk, ook c****rvice aan receptie is goed.

Εγκαταστασεις, δωματια, φαγητο, ποτα. αλλα και ολο το προσωπικο ολα και ολοι εξαιρετικα. Η Ελενα και η Σιρα στη reception, η Νοτα στο εστιατοριο και ο μοναδικος Πανος με τα ποτα του, ολοι ζεστοι και υπεροχοι. Ευχαριστουμε πολυ και για το ομορφο δωματιο που μας εδωσε και για το late check out και την εξυπηρετηση που μας παρείχε και μας εκαναν να περασουμε φανταστικα. Να ειστε παντα καλα και εμεις τυχεροι να ξαναρθουμε. Ευχαριστουμε πολυ.

Visited this hotel as a group of 14 women and it was absolutely faultless. I was a little wary about having a triple room but there was plenty of space with a proper third bed not a camp style bed. Room was immaculate and cleaned daily. Pool area was also clean with an abundance of sunbeds. Food was fantastic with a varied choice of food and good vegetarian choices for those that required it. The cocktails were also very good and bar service was quick. The staff could not do enough for you. Always smiling and having a laugh. Location is also good. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Stayed here end of May/beginning of June and can’t really fault it. The reviews had me concerned before going/after booking, but can honestly say our experience was fantastic. A huge range of all inclusive drinks (including cocktails), rooms cleaned often - our room itself was spacious, with no complaints there. The all inclusive buffet was a little smaller than I have experienced in the past but it was fine - I personally don’t think the food was cold, we did always go down just for the beginning of dinner so that might have helped? But they have a large variety and daily fries and pasta etc if you’re a picky eater. I’m fairly adventurous so tried a lot of dishes I hadn’t before and thoroughly enjoyed. Bar staff were lovely. It was a bit quiet at night except for the two nights there was entertainment, and the all inclusive does finish at 11 which seemed early to me. But other than that, it was reasonable. Perhaps not a 5 star by a lot of standards, but for Laganas I thought it was good!

Just returned from a week in White Olive Elite Laganas. Amazing Hotel, so modern, rooms lovely, spotlessly clean everywhere. Only a short walk to more entertainment bars and restaurants. People need to mention who helped us have a great fun time, would be Panos, Alexandra, Tamir, and Milena from the pool bar, great fun people. Constructive criticism: Maybe more evening entertainment, Food sometimes only lukewarm. Other than that, we will be returning next year, definitely a 5-star.

Absolutely amazing hotel and the staff are awesome and will do anything for you. Very clean and food/drink is great. We will 100% be staying here again and it’s our first time at a White Olive resort so will look for others around the Greek Islands! Prime location for bars in both Laganas and a short walk to Kalamaki! Yamas!

Can’t fault the hotel as a whole good staff good service. Room was a good size and clean. Pool was a good size and was good to have. Sun loungers were always free and had no need to get down and reserve them early. Had no issues with the hotel as an overall however definitely not a 5 star experience.All inclusive drinks had a limited variety and larger menu for your typical cocktails to pay for. Snack area had the same food everyday no real variety however came out very hot unlike the main meals. The food was cold 95% of the time even if you waiting for the food to come out fresh and it meant that we wasn’t able to enjoy it and was eating out most nights. When paying for all inclusive as a younger couple we was a bit disappointed that we had to this and don’t expect to need to do it considering it is 5-star. Definitely not catered for kids very limited and majority is catered for vegetarians. Entertainment is very minimal and only on tuesdays and Saturdays for 2 hours however was good when it was on.

Can’t faults the hotel at all. Lovely service all staff bar one lady in the restaurant was lovely and kind. Cocktails included in all inclusive menu and hotel location is perfect if you want best of both worlds. ***** is located about 15-20 mins walk away and there is small corner shops close to the hotel. Beach is about 7 min walk. All inclusive is good a lot of vegetarian options available that are filling. Only think was the snack bar u had to order like a cafe rather than a buffet style.
