Just returned from a week at this hotel when we arrived the hotel looked fab we booked a pool view our room was really good very comfortable bed with all the things you need cleaning was done daily the only downside we had was our balcony was the smallest on the site we struggled to sit out there there by pool area is very good clean and water is pristine food in the hotel is very poor cold and repetitive there is no entertainment in the evenings and not much room to sit I would hate to go here at peak season as only one side of the pool gets sun all day long the drinks are very watered down overall I would rate the hotel at best a 3plus star ⭐️ the staff are great tho especially in the restaurant

We arrived home yesterday after spending 11 nights at this hotel. I will start with the positive points first. The hotel was contemporary and sleek. Our room was really comfortable and spacious. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. All areas including pools very clean and well kept. Weather beautiful. Negative points. Food was really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, I have honestly had far better food in some 3 star hotels. Lack of variety, lukewarm food and on the last 2 evenings because the hotel was quiter they reduce the amount of food served. The wine served at the hotel again was cheap plonk. Absolutely ridiculous for a country that produces some nice wines and again totally unacceptable for a hotel that is calling themselves a 5 star hotel to be serving such substandard products. We found the reception staff on a few occasions to be quite dismissive. The surrounding areas very scruffy looking and unattractive. Certainly not the nicest resort in Greece that I have stayed in.

Lovely place very polite and friendly staff would stay again the rooms are spacious and clean food is what it is for all inclusive but would rather proper English Breakfast we had to constantly ask for tea and coffee for the room but apart from that ok stay

When we arrived at the hotel all we could smell was raw sewage as the sewage plant was just across the road ,the room was a nice spacious room with a nice pool view. The food was never hot all week it was not enjoyable eating cold food and didn't matter what time you went into the restaurant so after 2 days we had had enough and started to eat out at restaurants .evening entertainment was very poor only 2 in the week we stayed .the snack bar we ordered greek salad and for 2 days they said they had no feta cheese witch wA disappointing as you expected feta cheese with a Greek salad. Cleaning was not really up to much either .we as a family travel lots and this is not 5* hotel .Will not be returning due to cold food and the smell of raw sewage witch attracted many flies as well

I travel both for business and pleasure several times a year to various destinations around the world. The hotels have been as diverse as the countries they were in, ranging from small family-run inns to huge hotel chains with multiple stars on their facades. However, I've never encountered something quite like this before: such a kind and attentive team. The ladies at the reception desk were extremely competent and helpful from day one until our departure. The service team in the dining area and restaurants was always very attentive and friendly. Like many reviewers before me, I would like to highlight one person in particular, and that is the service manager, Alexandros. I have rarely met such a friendly and professional hotel employee. Alex had a smile on his face and greeted every guest like a friend. He is very attentive and has trained his staff excellently for the job. His friendly manner truly enriched our stay and made it even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back again! 😊

Amazing hotel Really good food (even for vegetarians) All inclusive package was perfect Alexander who is the manager is amazing - so much energy and always smiling and helpful All staff members are great Any issues they try and fix as quickly as possible Beach is only 5 min walk Highly recommend a visit One suggestion for management is to try and get a hot water dispenser so people are not queuing for coffee and tea/hot water at the same time. Very small improvement point

We hadden een kamer waar ieder 10seconde de sensor aan en uit gingen daardoor 4nachten niet geslapen manager zij dat was normaal .maar na 4 nachten toch een andere kamer gekregen en daar was het niet .het avond eten was altijd koud .plus punt het hotel op zich is mooi schoon ,en zeer vriendelijk personeel .ik ga altijd in 5 sterre hotels maar deze keer was het geen 5 sterre waard hooguit 3 .ik heb geen animatie team gezien en 2 keer per week het s,avonds iets te doen
