I just came back from the exotica hotel, I had a wonderful time, the staff were all friendly and excellent one staff in particular visi was super helpful and had a great laugh throughout my stay, food was good and there are 2 pools, beach and the ***** was only few mins away so it was the perfect location would definitely return.

We have just returned after a fabulous week stay at Exotica hotel and spa. We were a group of 12 with 4 small children. I can honestly say we will be returning and would 100% recommend. The facilities and location is great! 15 minutes drive from the airport! The facilities are clean and there are plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. We also got a complementary massage which was a fantastic touch. The staff were fantastic and they really made us feel welcome. They work incredibly hard and can’t do enough for you! They really made our holiday so much more enjoyable. The food - lots of choices available throughout the day. There was something for everyone and super tasty. THANK YOU to everyone at Hotel Exotica

I have mixed feelings after arriving home. I knew a lot of things in advance that I can't even relate to afterwards: Pool opening hours 10-18, no animation. We like active holidays. The hotel description mentioned a ping pong table. That's largely why I decided to stay at the hotel. Then on site it turned out there was no table. I won't deny that it was a big disappointment for me. In order to have the daily competition, we went to a paid padel court twice. I always had the feeling that the management of the hotel was saving money beyond good taste. The pool bar and most likely the pool itself closes at 6 pm because the bar staff goes to the main building for dinner for seven hours. In other All Inc hotels where we have been, the pool bar had separate staff. Apparently the pool was open longer there too. There are still many possibilities in the hotel. There is a poorly maintained football field and a tennis court that has been completely abandoned. Why? Why can't normal courts be built there with a smaller investment? I really don't understand.... On the other hand, those who just want to relax and eat well will find what they are looking for. The food is good, the staff is nice, the cleaning is first-rate. The beach is a 5-minute walk, the main street is a 2-minute walk. The main pool is pleasant. For me, this hotel was a hotel of missed opportunities.

Absolutely wonderful stay here at the exotica hotel and spa. Mary at reception is the heart and soul of the hotel. She will do absolutely anything to make your stay comfortable and happy. The cleaning staff especially Sophie are amazing and friendly. Food overall was great I especially loved the soup and it’s pretty much slimming world friendly overall which was great for me. Beer was always cold not sw friendly lol. Absolutely loved this holiday and would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone

Just returned from my third stay at Exotica Hotel and Spa by Zante Plaza with my son and once again it was fantastic. This hotel never disappoints which is why we keep coming back, already booking again this year and again next summer too. The location is perfect, just a short transfer from the airport and close to local shops and restaurants on the main *****. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly vibe. Our room was a great size for the two of us, with a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows - we both slept well every night. This was our second time with a pool view which we definitely prefer. It's lovely to wake up with the sun shining in and a lovely view. The rooms are nice, I've stayed in far worse hotels. The toilet and shower are in separate spaces, which might not suit everyone but it works fine for us and we've adapted easily during our stays. The pool area is great, lifeguard on duty, always clean and tidy with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar is great with snacks and ice cream available outwith meal times. The food throughout the day was excellent with good variety and specifically enjoyed the themed evenings. The entertainment was good too without being over the top. But what really makes Exotica special for us is the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Visi, Bruna and Elsa who truly went above and beyond for us. Their warmth, friendliness and genuine care made us completely at home - its staff like this that make this place amazing. We cant wait to come back soon.

Great hotel only 500 metres to the beach. Great service both at the reception and at the restaurant with friendly staff. The food is delicious! We really enjoyed ourselves.

We went as a family, it was just under £3,000 per couple for a week, at that amount you expect a certain quality it was really poor, you can see from the images, our room is nothing like how they market it, the food was basic at best, they rotate the same things every couple of days, this is marketed as a premium place to stay, sadly not, the staff were nice, except for the life guard who would not let the kids have any fun unless an adult was in the pool with them no matter if the kids can swim well. Overall disappointing.

A lovely place with a very service-minded, friendly and competent staff who do everything for the guests' experience. The place is really well located and has everything to offer. Good variety in the buffet, good food, a bit of a long queue for drinks but a good selection of both food and drinks. There is nothing more than a children's pool for children, so if you travel with children you have to provide your own activities for them. Close to the hotel there is a playland/fairground where you can experience a lot, though.
