Overall facilities are good. However, the tourism consulting services provided by the hotel are lacking: I stayed for 4 days and the weather was bad, rainy and windy, and the boats out of the hotel were suspended. The hotel only provided their own services. When asked if there were restaurants or other nearby, they didn't know/or didn't tell. I can only stay in Shadian for 4 days. Actually, it’s not the case. On the last day, there were many restaurants and travel-related sea tours, including horse ride, car tour, jet tour, etc., just 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. It was very lively.

There are not many varieties of breakfast, but at least there are fried eggs, boiled eggs, bread, coffee, cereals and juices, which can meet the basic needs of the Chinese people. The location of the hotel is in the mountains, so you must consider renting a car when you come to live, otherwise you will feel that it is difficult to move.

The parent-child swimming pool is not open and I don't know why. The pool water is a bit deep and the deepest 1.69 Fortunately, our children can swim, otherwise they may be a little worried. The hotel is on the hill, very quiet, the pool is a bit dirty, can't swim, the other is not as bad as the ones mentioned in the comments, it is not so good, more than 9 euros for breakfast, it is acceptable. Going out, please book the rental at the front desk. It is not Audi or Mercedes. The price goes to the town of Zhajin about 15 euros, to the blue hole pier 70 euros, it is recommended to charter. By the way, go to Zha Jin, remember to eat lobster, 25 Euro is very cheap.

The room is very general, but I saw that it is OK in the local area. The European hotel is also set up, but the garden is still very beautiful with the beach.

Ottimo resort in riva al mare in un parco marino dove depositano le uova le tartarughe Caretta Caretta. È dotato di ampi spazi verdi e offre pasti e servizi all inclusive. Adatto a coppie, famiglie, amici. Tre ristoranti, piscina e campo da tennis. Unico problema: causa protocollo Covid (presumo dell'hotel) la pulizia della camera e il cambio asciugamani vengono effettuato a giorni alterni, però abbiamo chiesto in reception di rassettarci la camera ogni giorno con cambio completo degli asciugamani e ci hanno accontentati. Abbiamo soggiornato 13 notti in un bungalow superior vista mare, molto ampio, con ambiente separato per nostro figlio e patio attrezzato. I teli mare sono forniti e i lettini con ombrellone in piscina e prato confinante con la spiaggia sono gratuiti. Buon soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo, a contatto con la natura.

The main issue was that the hotel is located in a different place than indicated on the map. This made it a bit difficult to find it. And the walk to the beach is a bit longer than estimated. Nevertheless, the room was clean and comfortable. The stuff was friendly and eager to help. But for the majority of additional services there is extra charge. Maybe this is how the low room cost is compensated. It seems rational to some extent but it is the first time for me to see extra charge for the Wi-Fi. Some common facilities appear a bit outdated. Would better be refreshed. In general my stay was trouble free and comfortable. I recommend the place and I would go again.
