From the bottom of my heart i have never felt so disgusted in my life. I cannot describe how frustrated i am with this hotel i had the most horrible experience of my life. After a long day of driving, me and my family have entered the apartment hoping to find comfort We were very wrong. After having a cold shower (which wasnt the worst thing) we went to bed only to find out in the morning we were a feast to thousands of bed bugs. It is incredibly shaming having a body full of bed bug bites. We were planning on going for a trip around the city but to our dismay we aere stuck in the apartment all day finding bugs in all our things. There were so many, the bugs were running across the bed in broad daylight i was literally going to faint from the shock and the only thing we could do was using a hair dryer to try to kill the bugs with heat. I feel discomfort, itchyness and embarrassment all the time which is taking a huge toll on my mental health since me and my family have phobias of bugs and bacteria. This is absolutely unacceptable and me and my family are furious. We are getting a refund but i demand more money we had to waste 10 hours of our day fighting these bugs and now we still have the constant fear of spreading them. This buisness should be shut down this poses many health and hygiene risks i will not tolerate this and anyone thinking of going there even if its for one night i will tell you to heavily reconsider we were there one night and we found tons if bed bugs in our clothes and belongings. This all indicates that this has been an ongoing problem and hasnt been solved fir a long time. I genuinely dont understand how you could do this to another human being allowing us to sleep in this bug infested dump. Stay away from this apartment buisness at all costs. Disgusting

Great location. Limited services. Great location. Good for families. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working (and was located in a different apartment even though we booked with it).

Good location The apartment was in a lovely part of Zagreb and within easy walking distance to the train station. The apartment was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, however, the air conditioning didn’t work very well.
