The staff are very kind and helpful when asking about directions and public transportation. Parking is free at the door, and there is a parking lot at the back. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need. The room is small and tidy. Our room is in another building. , very quiet, 10 minutes walk to the tram station, 30 minutes to the old city citywalk to explore Zagreb.

Great surprise for us and very good value for money! Staff was super nice and helpful, took 5 mins to go through the map and recommended places to go. Room is compact but is everything you need - it looks so new and clean assuming it has just been renovated. Shower temperature was good for summer but might not be warm enough in winter if don’t turn on the heater. Very big desk if that’s useful for you. 15 mins walk from the train station and nearest shopping mall, and another 15 mins walk to reach city centre. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Всем привет! Это была первая поездка в Хорватию на фестиваль света в конце марта 2025 года. Начну с плюсов: 1) Хорошое расположение: недалеко от центра города (жд и автовокзала), в 15 метрах остановка 2) Приятный и заботливый персонал- сделали чекин в 8 утра вместо 12 без доплаты+ предложили кофе+ предложили маленький зонтик для прогулок 3) Номер довольно большой и чистый, полотенца меняли каждый день, нет запаха дыма ( на Балканаха это важно) Минусы: 1) Плохой интернет 2) Нет ручки для душа ( американский вариант) 3) Нет тапочек ( в номере холодный кафельный пол) 4) В ванной нет ничего, кроме жидкого мыла для рук и туалетной бумаги 5) Завтрак довольно посредственный и однообразный Ставлю 4 из 5 в основном за сочетание цена/ качество ( в Загребе и в Хорватии в целом очень дорогая недвижимость) Больше фестиваля света и Загреба тут: Yandex Dzen: @travelnutaya TG: @travelnutayaa YT: @travelnutaya Tik Tok: @travelnutaya

Darling Elizabeth was so kind and helpful
I just have to rave about the helpfulness of the staff. Especially a kind, bubbling Elizabeth. Elizabeth went out of her way to solve any problems I might have. Each morning she booked a cab for me. And treated me as a friend with recommendations , you could tell she truly cares about people. There was a problem with loud noise coming from what sounded like the house cleaners very late one night. I think they live there, and were arguing quite loudly. Other that that it’s good for a two star hotel.
