We were at Madison Luxury Apartment when the weather was really cold. Well, the good is that the bathroom has bathtub and it was really nice to get warm in the hot water after the busy day. The room was nice warm and quiet and the bed big and good for sleeping. The staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good as well.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was good. It was a flat 20 minute walk into town. We would describe this 2 bedroom apartment layout as quirky. One room had a glass wall so exterior light made it difficult to sleep. All rooms had locking doors except the shower room which had no door. The kettle which had a short lead, could only be plugged into the bathroom floor plug. Although quirky we enjoyed the stay. They gave good instructions on how to enter the apartment after late arrival and were accommodating when we took longer to pick up car than expected. None of the 3 tv’s worked but helpful staff got the main one working. Staff probably need to dial the room in to check that everything works.

Stayed 4 nights at Madison Luxury Apartments. First and foremost, we felt we were welcomed very friendly and helped during our stay. The rooms are spacious with an excellent bed. Parking in front of the hotel is available for €20/day. In the parking garage you already pay €30/day. The hotel is located near the lively Maksimir district and a fifteen-minute walk will take you to the heart of Zagreb.

It doesn't deserve to be called a 4-star hotel, lots of stairs to climb with your suitcases, unsatisfactory cleanliness in the rooms, no minibar, breakfast with an electric coffee maker that doesn't maintain the temperature of the coffee, only the staff are pleasant!

Do not book this hotel - the amenities and services listed on the site are not available as promised. When I cancelled, according to the terms and conditions, I was eligible for a full refund. It took repeated emails to get a promise of a refund which three weeks later still did not arrive. The hotel did not provide proof of reimbursement and are not replying to emails. This is a scam - don't use this hotel, please.
