wanted to edit my review but could not figure it out! everything was perfect, the location 10/10, host marko was on top of things, top notch products in room, everything was the way it was described! bedding was fabulous, balcony for city views, spacious, restaurant downstairs was convenient! would stay again! the only thing for me was the carpet which kicked in allergies for me!

Worth a stopover and longer. We were given copious instructions from Marko. Communication was excellent. The room is very large and comfortable with a large bed ensuring a pleasant night's sleep. The bathroom and shower are very good with toiletries provided. Tea, coffee (not milk) as well as water, a bottle of coke and a bottle of beer were most welcome. Wifi is very good, including free wi fi passes to use around the city. It was unseasonably cool the night we stayed and we found the heating thermostat complicated (instructions would have been useful but it might just have been us! ). The location is really close to the town square, huge market and the cathedral so couldn't be better. Two restaurants are part of the Pod Zidom brand just under the apartment and look terrific. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, less than a minute away from the main square. Quiet street, perfect for a good night sleep. Stylish room, very nice details, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Even cosmetics products are high end. The manager is lovely, available for all the guests' needs.

Lovely modern rooms in the heart of Zagreb. Breakfast was nice,served in a little local restaurant downstairs. Our host Marko was the best,helpful and always at service for any questions. We took his recommendation for dinner at Pod Zidom Bistro and had a great time! Definitely will be coming back.

It was a short but sweet stay. The manager and the rest of the staff were amazing, and the room was well-equipped. The fact that it's a few minutes walk from the city centre (Zagreb's main square) was also very important to me. I recommend it to all single travelers!

The rooms are luxurious and the location is as perfect as it can be. I was also very happy with the amazing L’occitane toiletries. Coffee machine and sewing kit were just an added bonus! We are looking forward to coming here again while staying in Zagreb.

O hotel não possui recepção. Vc recebe uma senha para entrar. A portaria do prédio não é bonita. Mas, quando você entra no quarto, parece estar em outro local. O proprietário parece ter reformado os quartos para locação. Ficamos é um quarto com banheiro bem espaçoso, bom chuveiro, água quente, cama grande e espaçosa, foi nos deixado um berço para nosso filho de tres anos. Há wifi, a janela dava para a rua. Os quartos ficam em cima de 2 restaurantes. O café da manhã é servido no flcleck. Qnd vc chega para o café, o pessoal começa a levar os itens p sua mesa (ovos mexidos, suco, pães, croissant, geleia, manteiga, uma fruta, e vc pede por café/suco. O local é bem centralizado.

The rooms here are brand new and are wonderful ,fully equipped and the coffee shop downstairs for the breakfast is quite retro with delicous food and fantastic service, but the buildinng where the rooms are housed is very run down .. we arrived at night and is was a little scary

Pod Zidom rooms kan het best omschreven worden als serviced flat/rooms. De 4 kamers liggen op de eerste verdieping van een appartementengebouw om de hoek van de kathedraal van Zagreb (straat achter Ban Jelacic Square). De kamers zijn modern, schoon en goed onderhouden en misstaan niet in een 4 sterrenhotel. Door de centrale ligging zijn alle bezienswaardigheden van Zagreb op loopafstand. Het ontbijt wordt verzorgd in het restaurant Ficlek. Er is geen hotelreceptie, maar mocht het nodig zijn, dan is men via whatsapp te bereiken. Vanaf de luchthaven kun je Pod Zidom rooms bereiken met bus 290, overstappen op Kvatvernikov trg, tram 11,12 of 13, uitstappen Ban Jelacic trg. (Let op googlemaps geeft een andere route en halte waardoor je meer moet lopen) TIP: neem een kamer met balkon zodat je ook 's avonds nog even buiten kunt zitten. De zon staat 's ochtends en 's middags op het balkon.
