Very disappointed about this hotel.
First they wanted to charge me extra to check in 20 minutes before 3pm, then I had to pay for spa €30 (€15 each) but I was not aware about this when I checked in!! Also when I wanted to change a towel at the spa they request another €5/towel!! Excuse me but I didn’t wanted to buy your towels!!
I will not return for sure!!

The room was OK! Just average service!
Service: The attitude of the waiter at the swimming pool is particularly bad. His arrogant and rude attitude towards Chinese people again and again is very uncomfortable! Room service did not change towels or clean the room! The bar is not bad! Breakfast is also good! I just don’t approve of the service attitude of the pool attendant!
