hotel bello solo di estetica, i servizi fanno pena il cibo non può essere chiamato tale caffe solubile e aranciata solubile che ha il sapore da vitamina, il caffè alla macchinetta devi pagarlo 2€, dopo 3 giorni di alloggio devono ancora cambiarci gli asciugamani e non hanno pulito

Colazione molto carente, impensabile che avendo la colazione inclusa le bevande calde si debbano pagare a parte. Pulizia delle stanze da rivedere, presenza di cimici e staff poco accogliente e scorbutico. È presente la possibilità di pranzare/cenare in struttura pagando un supplemento di 10€ ma il cibo proposto non vale quel prezzo; le cucine presenti sono piccole e si possono utilizzare solamente per riscaldare cibi già pronti. Infine non è consentito introdurre cibo dall esterno (es glovo, Walt).

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, primarily due to a negative interaction with the hotel owner on our last day. At 10:03 AM, I received a knock on my door from the owner, who informed me that check-out was at 10 AM. I explained that we had been told check-out was at 11 AM, but assured him that we would begin packing immediately. A short time later, he returned and aggressively banged on the door, demanding that we leave immediately. Despite showing him that we were nearly finished packing, he stood in the doorway, preventing me from closing the door. His behavior was extremely confrontational and unlike anything I've experienced in any of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed in before. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding about breakfast. We were told upon arrival that breakfast was €5, despite our booking confirmation stating that it was included. At check-out, we discovered that breakfast should have been free, but the staff member who checked us in was new and had not been properly trained. Lastly, the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby and was inaccessible on the 4th floor, which was inconvenient.

Although it is a hostel, it provides almost all the amenities of a standard hotel. Friendliness, tidiness, security, location and price are the benefits of this hostel. The double room with private bathroom was spacious enough and had air conditioning and TV. Before booking another accommodation, consider Hostel MOVING as a good option.
