We stayed as a couple for a week in this apartment, mainly because of the good reviews on Booking. Positive points: Very good location; kindness of the staff and of Karlo, in particular. Negative points: Hygiene is, in my opinion, a mandatory prerequisite and this was not the case, contrary to various opinions. Indeed, a persistent smell of urine in the bathroom, bordering on bearable. Some corners were filled with dust. Frequency of changing sheets not respected, lack of bath towel... Lock problem which ruined one evening since it even had to be changed. This type of problem can obviously happen and be only an exceptional problem, but we understood that it had existed for a long time and that an opening “technique” had even been put in place by the staff… In waiting for the replacement - which was supposed to last 30-45 minutes - the staff invited us for a drink. However, we stayed on the chair for 2:30 (6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.). Obviously, the evening meal was not offered to us (even if we would have refused). Very weak breakfast with very little choice. I do not recommend this meal at all. Karlo is indeed very nice, but that doesn't solve everything, unfortunately.
