Good place to stay in the heart of Zadar. Not far from shops and restaurants in town but still located in a quiet part. It may feel a bit unsafe at night but haven’t encountered any problems so far. The rooms are in some sort of apartment building and it looks a bit worn from the outside. The inside of the rooms are very nice and looks renovated. The check in reception is at a different place (around the corner) so keep that in mind when you arrive there. Room has its own bathroom, a desk and closet and it’s a bit small. But it wasn’t a problem because I only use the room for sleeping. It’s also not far from the bus stop where the airport bus arrives and depart. Only thing is that the rooms don’t get cleaned everyday. I even had to ask for extra toilet paper because I ran out. All by all good value for money.

There was no one available to open room. I walked around the streets finally finding an irate woman who led me to door. This leads to a back door. Outside back door it smells like urine .. messages in graffiti read “go home tourist” and “fu$)$@ you tourist” banging noises .. scary unpleasant unwelcoming

Convenient location. Horrible entrance, the place is full of stray cats and for this reason the place smelled of excrement and cat urine. The entrance was full of garbage bags and graffiti that said "f**k off tourists". The girl who welcomed us was also rude and answered us rudely. The mosquito net did not open and consequently we could not open the shutters of the window. The shower is dirty and is not separated from the room by a door, so it is on display. For this reason there was a smell of damp and mold inside the house. In the toilet (separated from the shower) there was neither a fan nor a window. It was a terrible experience, I do not recommend it to anyone.

This place has great potential but the entrance massively lets it down! It’s so derelict and run down we were petrified arriving in the evening in the dark! The smell of cat wee is so over bearing!! The room Itself is basic but ok, the view out the window was awful it’s basically an abandoned court yard full of feral cats.. we had to keep our shutters closed the whole time. Can’t open the window either as the smell is awful. smells abit mouldy and musty which you can see in the walls that they’ve tried to paint over. We rung reception when we arrived to say we wanted to move to somewhere else as we don’t feel safe and the lady basically said ‘in future book a hotel if you want to feel safe’ we were gobsmacked and didn’t have the money to pay for anywhere else. We won’t come back which is a shame as the beds were really comfy and we loved the room decor. Few little things missing like a full length mirror and some hooks for towels. Plenty of other places in zadar to book for similar price which would be a lot more welcoming.

Very good location in old town. Next market area and big supermarket Konzum. Restaurants, cafees and museums next the corner. You can walk to Kolovare beach. Airport bus will leave just a few blocs away. Bus ticket 35 kn or 5eur. Easy and fast. Self service accomodation with small rooms, but with fridge, a/c and water cooker. Bed is very comfortable and a small extra is to pay for balcony. No elevator. You can hear everything from corridor and almost from another rooms. Staircase is old and uncomfortable plus cat's pee smells badly. Park under the balcony is place for wild cats. Adriaticexplorer will operate about the keys and luggage space also available. They can arrange also transfers and tours. Quicly answers.

Voto 0
