Net niet hotel ... kamer 1 x slecht schoongemaakt en de volgende dag helemaal niet en moeten vragen voor handoeken Ontbijt is zo vroeg dat je niet eens kunt ontbijten terwijl je er vooraf wel voor betaald en met klachten word niks gedaan terwijl ze dat wel beloofde je betaald veel geld om even helemaal opte laden in een lekker hotel maar dit was totaal niet van toepassing

Super vriendelijke ontvangst. Geen enkele vraag was teveel! Lekker uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt Rustige kamer met alle voorzieningen & proper! Dichtbij alles gelegen, winkels, restaurants & Hemkade voor een feestje. Op 30min wandelen. Gratis Prive parking !

Just needed a room for the night related to the early start at 6:30 in the neighberhood. Arrived late, easy quick check in, saw some tv, slept, started with a perfect shower and checked out, all without any issue.

Mauvaise expérience
Chère pour ce que l’hôtel a à offrir.
Petite salle de bain et propreté à revoir ! Nous avons trouvé de la poussière sur le frigo, en dessous du lit et sur la tête de lit.
De plus, nous aurions aimé avoir des bouteilles d’eau a disposition. Le mini-Bar était vide.
Nous avons rencontré des difficultés lors du chek-out. En effet, le personnel nous a demandé de repayer la chambre, prétextant ne pas avoir reçu notre versement alors que nous insistons le contraire en montrant la facture. Heureusement, le service client de ********** a était très réactif.
Très mauvaise expérience avec le personnel, désagréable voir insultant.
Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Friendly staff - hotel in poor condition
Only third room worked. First one toilet was running noisily, second smelled from cigarette smoke. Third was ok but shower didn’t drain and caused a half flooding of the bathroom.
As I arrived late they couldn’t change the room key anymore. Had to get a new one next morning. The front desk person didn’t know how to do it though and had to get assistance.

Op de foto van de comfort room/gesplitste bedden, leken de bedden groter. Het matras was erg slap en zijn wij niet zwaar van postuur. Ik lag bijna op de grond en mijn vrouw viel bijna elke keer uit bed. De vloer was niet schoon en de badkamer was veel te klein. De wastafel was onhandig geplaatst en alles wordt nat. De spiegels moeten zeker op een andere wijze worden schoongemaakt, want er zaten rare kringen op. Op het dekbed zat een vlek. Verlichting was matig. De receptionisten moeten horeca training krijgen want hospitaliteit en vriendelijkheid was niet aanwezig bij de incheck als ook niet tijdens het uitchecken. Zeker geen 3 sterren hotel.
