作為一個衹有四間房每晚 3000 多人民幣的精品酒店，竟然要和同一建築內的廉價酒店分攤熱水，而且廉價酒店公共澡堂熱水供應不足時，就直接停了我們的熱水！🤬🤬🤬而公共澡堂卻熱水供應充足！前前後後導致我們洗個澡脱穿了三次衣服，差點給凍感冒😷😷😡😡😡！這是什麼邏輯！！為什麼高級酒店的熱水供應還劣後於廉價酒店！！那我付款這費用幹什麼！一開始問前台就會讓我們開着水等，等了很久不來熱水去前台不斷反應問題才派個人來看，看完就衹會説讓我們去公共澡堂洗，這是這個價格酒店應有服務？？
整個酒店衹有越南服務人員會説英文和普通話，然後對台灣人就説普通話，對我們就説她那蹩腳還沒普通話好的英文？歧視我們大陸人？真是此生沒住過服務這麼差的酒店！大家不要去！！！

お部屋でチェックイン、チェックアウト可。ホテルというよりスモール別荘みたいな感じです。接客サービスが煩わしいと思う方にオススメです。食事とお部屋の温泉♨️はGOODです。部屋の露天風呂の隣の声が少し気になりましたがそれ以外は◎ いいお泊りができました。

高額な宿泊費(18万円以上)に見合ったサービスや料理の提供が無かった。1階が寝室とダイニング、露天風呂で2階がリビングだったため、入浴後休む為に2階に行かなければならず、1階2階を行ったり来たりで大変だった。チェックイン時エアコンや床暖房など設備に関する説明が全く無かった。2階にある飲み物やアルコールはホームページで見てもサービスと思わせる記載があり、冷蔵庫上のカードにも全て無料と記載されていたのに、有料になると言われた。食事はフレンチと和食のマリアージュをお楽しみくださいと書いてあるのにフレンチは微塵も無く全て和食のみだった。料理も美味しくなかった。ノドグロの焼き浸しとか牛肉の朴葉焼きは最悪だった。ノドグロをシンプルに食べたかった。牛肉も肉の味を味わいたかった。
