I chose this hotel when I went skiing in Yuzawa for the first time. It is close to the station. We drove by ourselves and parking was convenient. There is a ski shop opposite and free pick-up is available. The hotel's hot spring is the best place to relax after skiing.

We only stayed one night but I would definitely go back. Onsen was very nice. All the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Super close to Gala ski resort. Only thing I would pick was the central heating was too hot.

Hygiene: The hotel room is quite clean
Environment: After entering the hotel, you don’t wear shoes during the whole activity in the hotel. The Japanese style is not bad
Service: The hotel front desk and restaurant staff are very considerate. One of the front desk staff can speak Chinese, as if we are Chinese
