I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. I had to go out for dinner about 10 days before my stay, so I told them I could skip dinner for one day and negotiated the price, but they didn't take a penny from me. I asked them to at least leave rice and pickles in the room, but they said that was not possible.
The total cost was 168,000 yen for 2 nights and 2 people in 1 room. I wish they had done something about it.

Recommended to book with half board as the meals are of high quality. The onsen, service and meals are very good and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location is about 5 mins from Echigo Yuzawa station & the staff are so friendly & welcoming. It was a great experience to stay in a beautiful hot spring inn.

Very nice hot spring and service. Staff was helpful even language barrier, free ramen at 22-2245 every night. Various food options near the hotel for a 5min walk
