前台的老爺爺很慈祥友善，雖然語言不通，但是很幫忙。晚餐也很好吃，環境乾淨衞生，很有傳統日式旅館的感覺。唯一不足是只有公共澡堂，而且澡堂設有私人時間，如果在這段時間想要洗澡可能要等很久。

Probably an inn for skiers in the winter. Please note that this does not have the atmosphere of a hotel or inn. It reminded me of a training camp when I was a student. I think it's fine if you want to stay with that in mind. Shared toilet, hot spring bath 24 hours a day.

Takanoya is a wonderful traditional ryukan style onsen. I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and well kept, the onsen is hot and private, and the proprietor is thoughtful and generous.

コスパ良しで満足です
スキー旅行での宿泊です。フロント男性の対応も良く、全体的に快適に過ごせました。
建物は古さも目立ちますが、トイレやエアコンなど設備は新しく、布団もフカフカで寝心地良かったです。ただお部屋のテレビが地上波なしでネット配信のみしか見られなかったので同行者は残念がっていました。YouTubeなどは自由に見られます。
お風呂は成分表が見つからなかったのですが温泉のようです。癖のないさっぱりとしたお湯でした。ドライヤーやアメニティも置いてありました。
近くに行ってみたい飲食店があったので夕飯は外で食べ、朝ごはんのみでしたが、さすが新潟、南魚沼産コシヒカリがとても美味しかった！おかずも色々あったのでおかわりしてしまいました。

This was my first time staying at Takanoya (without meals). It was incredibly comfortable. The staff was very kind, and the hot spring was enjoyable. They even had an English display. The room had a distinctly Japanese feel! Plus, I could watch YouTube on the TV. Foreign visitors will surely enjoy it!
