I have never received such terrible customer service. When I asked the front desk about the room charge, I was given the phone number of the headquarters and called. For some reason, an elderly woman named Ms. Tadashi, who was on the verge of a fight, answered the phone and yelled at me for a long time, saying that it was common sense and that I was not a child. There may have been things I didn't study enough here, but even so, I felt that my family trip to the snow country, which I had been looking forward to, was ruined by the way I treated the guests. I was surprised at the low level of hotel personnel who put such a rude person in charge of the phone, and I will never stay at this hotel group again. I do not recommend it to my friends. I have stayed in various hotel trips so far, but this is the first time I have been treated so arrogantly. The bathroom with the room had hair on it, and it wasn't a comfortable hotel to stay at.
