還好吧，但對於把我們安排在二層最末端像是庫房的旁邊不是太滿意，不知道是不是希望把外國人和本地人住宿空間儘量隔離開，因為看到畢竟大多入住的都是本地人。位置離車站還是有點距離，從酒店過去可以送不錯，但接的話沒有那麼完善，因為看到其他酒店會有車專門根據最後一趟新幹線到站時間停在車站前接回來的客人，我們就是看着其他酒店接走、自己走回去了，雖然沒那麼遠但感受到沒有像其他飯店住宿客人一樣被服務。温泉呢就是一般的大澡堂，如果有一些私隱的物品不太好存放，沒有常規一些温泉帶鎖的櫃子。所以服務還是有可以改善的空間，再就是二樓那個房間安排住客的話最好有一些解釋或者價格的優惠，確實有點不理想，旁邊是開會或者會餐的房間，另一邊就是清風擋住的雜物間，住在那個位置會有種住在倉庫旁的感覺。

Very beautiful and authentic Ryokan with great service, wonderful people and a cozy onsen. Of course, the hotel itself is a bit outdated, but this adds to its romance, I want to freshen it up a bit, but leave this authentic atmosphere. I recommend visiting!

The room is very large with its own toilet and bathtub. You may also use their private onsen at a reasonable price, but unfortunately the onsent wasn’t hot enough. Breakfast and dinner are both tasty and large in portion. Overall a very high CP
hotel for a ski trip.

The hotel food is very delicious, located near the Yuzawa Plateau Ski Resort, far from Yuzawa Station
