The staff are all polite, helpful and attentive. There are elevators going up and down all floors. There are special buses to JR Shinkansen stations and some ski resorts. Please communicate with customer service to make an appointment. It is elegant and has an antique feel, but the facilities are in good condition and operating normally. Large lockers are provided, which can be used to store snowboards or large luggage when there is no room. The buffet breakfast was okay. Although it was the same every day, it was convenient for us to go back to the room quickly to change clothes and go skiing. The location is close to JR station.
