The facilities were good and the hot springs were nice.
However, the transportation is very inconvenient.
If you want to go from Echigo Nakazato to Echigo Yuzawa before 9am, you are forced to take a taxi, but it is a rural area where there are no taxis to be found. Just be careful of this point.

Stayed here for a trip around Yuzawa. The room felt used, but there were no problems with our stay! The hotel is very detailed. There were many things I thought were structures installed through a lot of trial and error, such as the movement lines and the trash cans inside the hotel. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good for the price. I also liked the large bath. Main public bath? I guess we should call it open-air. It seemed like this place was under construction, but I remember it would reopen around the fall season.

This place is very suitable for adults and children to play together. I really like the big bathhouse inside. It is really great to go outside and take a bath while watching the snow!
If you don’t have enough food, you have to go to Echigo-Yuzawa to eat or take away. The hotel only has Family Mart but is only open until 23:00. The hotel is 15-20 minutes away from Yuzawa. There is a shuttle bus that goes directly to the hotel. very convenient.
