The room is very small and there are no facilities around it. The only advantage is that there is a space in the public area. Our schedule has changed and we want to go to Tokyo one day in advance. We communicated with the front desk 5 days in advance to see if we could check out one day in advance, but we were rejected and said that the room fee would not be refunded. , Speechless... Usually we can communicate a few days in advance, but the service is so bad

Yes, it is very convenient to go skiing at Kagura Peak, the cable car is right opposite. The B&B is pretty good in every aspect. Because it's on the roadside, if you're afraid of noise, you might want to consider it. But convenient B&Bs are all on the roadside...

OK hotel, clean, good receptionist, location to the Sowa area is about 10 kilometers away, driving yourself is very convenient. But it's 250 kilometers away from Narita. Driving along and enjoying the view is really beautiful.

Thank you for always taking care of me! Close to ski slopes and bus stops! The room is also very clean and warm! It is convenient because you can freely use the common areas and changing rooms before check-in!

This hotel is very odd but has some surprisingly great features. Think a blend of Austrian/Swiss/German décor with Japanese anonymity and squishiness. I really liked the common areas inc kitchen downstairs. The drying room was terrific. The breakfast buffet was fine the first time but getting a bit boring the second and third times round. The bedroom with ensuite was pretty tight. Surprisingly we weren’t bothered by traffic noise despite the room facing the road. There is terrific access to the ropeway. And discount tickets for the fab onsen down the road. Swings and roundabouts. Would I stay here again? Not sure but for the budget conscious you can’t really go wrong.
