位置優越，停車方便。山莊在山頂平面上，空氣清新，視野開闊，有設計感，可惜打理的不好，有些凌亂，有些雜物沒有及時清理。衞生間裏有一塊瓷磚鬆動，有安全隱患，浴室水温調節不靈。房東挺客氣，説很快就要改造。養的幾衹小狗很可愛，對客人很友好。
