Excellent service and very good resort Staff service is excellent and very supportive

A very comfortable and high quality Chinese hotel. Perfect starting point for hilly bicycle and hike trips.

We were planning to stay for 1 night, but ended up staying for 3. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided wheelchair for my elderly parent to use during our stay. Thanks to the wheelchai ruse, my dad was able to visit more sites. Thank you so much for the unexpected service. Our courtyard hot spring room was huge, and the private hot spring pool was very convenient.

This was my 6th trip to this hotel. I don't think there will be a 7th. It seems every time I go things are getting worst. There are less pools open, the buffet is not as good as it used to be. I think I have only seen the outdoor pool open once. It is a shame as I love to go there when I have a business trip in Yuyao. Hopefully things will improve.

The hotel was lovely and the private hotspring in our courtyard was amazing. The kids playroom was a great place to lety 1 yearold run around and go crazy. Service was great and Deng Yuan Yuan was incredibly helpful . Room service menu could definitely use more options and a drinks menu but otherwise we had a great experience.

incredible location, surrounded by nature and things to see around the hotel. Admin is super friendly and helpful and upgraded a friends room for free. the hotel has different room decor, very posh, and unique. Perfect breakfast! so much variety. Hot springs are the highlight, so clean, so relaxing... total grand vacation just 45mins away from Ningbo. Only there aren't any stores around the area, so take snacks.

I booked a hotel package, which included a buffet breakfast and dinner plus a hot spring ticket for two. It can be said to be a one-stop leisure vacation. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain. The air is fresh. There is a temple opposite. You can also go and see it when you have time. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. I had a pleasant holiday here😁

I stayed here with my family in February last year. I had a good impression of the hot springs. I stayed here again for the hot springs, but the hot spring pool was not open as much as last time. The public rest area only had an audio-visual hall, which was really too simple. I communicated my requirements before checking in, and the hotel was able to meet them, which was satisfactory. I added the housekeeper's WeChat and they responded in time and sent fruits. However, the hotel is really old. The indoor swimming pool is clean and bright, but the sauna is not open. The young waiters lack enthusiasm, and there is basically no smiling service. It feels cold. There is no coffee machine for breakfast, but boiled instant coffee powder in a glass pot. The waiter said it was for cost considerations, which is obviously inconsistent with a five-star hotel. Other waiters I met answered in this way. There are not few breakfast varieties, including Western style, but the quality is really not like the water quality of a five-star hotel. This time I was really impressed and I will not come again next time. In addition, the Yangming Beef Restaurant in the hotel is open until 12 o'clock in the evening, it is not expensive and the taste is okay; the small supermarket in the hotel has Haagen-Dazs ice cream, 18 yuan a small cup. It is recommended to add a lid to the ice cream bucket or seal it with plastic wrap, including the spoon for scooping ice cream, which is not very hygienic as it is always exposed outside.

The hotel room is very big. Although the facilities are a bit old, the service is very good. The cost-effectiveness of the group tour is high, so there are many tourists who take a hot spring bath. It is recommended to take a private hot spring bath instead of a group tour. The gym is very large and well-equipped, which is great! The only drawback is that the room I stayed in was next to the elevator of Phase 1. When it was late at night, there was a dripping sound every few minutes, which lasted all night, and basically I couldn't sleep all night. I listened to the recording for the hotel but they didn't admit that there was a problem. It was drunk to hear the dripping sound as the sound of the wind. They shouldn't say that when they find excuses. It is recommended to avoid the corner room. There is basically no control over smoking in the elevator in the hotel with many people. If you don't mind inhaling second-hand smoke, you can pass it. I praise Ctrip's after-sales service is really very good. This is also the reason why I insist on booking hotels on Ctrip. I feel at ease.

The configuration of the old economy hotel is quite comfortable, suitable for family travel, especially for the elderly. The hotel dining is located in the lobby, which is too cold. The breakfast is cold, but the others are quite satisfactory.

The hotel buffet is worth it, the content is rich, and the taste is very good. The room was upgraded to the Little Yellow Duck Family Room, which is very cute, with various details and protection measures in place, and the elements are unified and interesting. The room has a carpet version of flying chess and a Lego table, which are very playable! The only drawback is the public Yangming Hot Spring, the supporting facilities are too simple, there is no bathrobe point outside that can be changed in real time, it is uncomfortable to put on a wet body, and there are not many pools open, which is a bit disappointing.
