提前預訂的過年期間的酒店，入住當天房價比之前訂的便宜了200元……説是升級了家庭房，其實是因為客人少沿湖的樓都沒有開。空調不熱，沒有吃飯，團餐要3000元不適合家庭出遊，早餐都沒有熱餐，要求了才特別給了一碗麪。這個價格不如去四明湖開元名都。這點園景説的好聽是清幽，直白點就是冷清。大過年沒必要，説是木質樓房，還不能放煙花。

房間挺寬敞的，院子的設計和陽台風景都不錯。但是設施舊了，出現馬桶漏水的情況，住二樓也沒有電梯不方便，要自己抬行李上下。另外過年期間沒有裝點熱鬧，氣氛顯得冷冷清清，沒有客房服務電話，衹能加管家微信反饋問題，但入住當晚還不知道wifi密碼，留言給管家也沒人回。
早餐去吃的時候一半的菜都被拿完了沒有及時補，還剩下的菜也是冷冰冰吃着不舒服。早餐質量比不上大部分的民宿或酒店。

很一般，都洗不上一個熱水澡，水至少要放半小時-45分鐘才稍微熱一點點，這很bug，山裡那麼冷，都洗不上一個熱水澡，而且老實説很浪費水。房間空調也不熱，不敢洗頭，怕着涼，晚上要蓋兩床被子睡，不然很冷，
其他早上太陽好的情況下環境還可以，但是陽台是房間間聯通的，有點不安全
