中肯評價下，優點，便宜節假日漲的也不多，房間寬敞，裝修中等廁所不舊，有院子停車，位置也不偏，三百米就是主街缺點，隔音不佳，床墊較差且太軟睡得腰痛，阿姨早上打掃太響綜評，要住的好不太行，實惠過個夜可以
