1.剛辦完入住到620房間，就在房間內的桌子下面下看見頭髮，下樓找前台，前台也給換房了。
2.換到619房間，619，房間一進來，一大股煙味。
以上2點充分的説明酒店在衞生管控方面有問題，查房的有沒有好好查？空氣清新劑有沒有好好噴？開窗通風也沒有做到，不知道貴酒店的服務人員是聞不着還是咋的？
3.去外面吃了飯飲食不習慣又點了外賣，到12點洗漱睡覺了，發現樓上的樓板走路聲音巨大，看了看指示樓上的也是客房，那我想問，719住的是運動健兒嗎？腳步聲一直到凌晨2點困的沒辦法睡著了，然後到了早上8.30，樓上的走路聲又開始了，同時也吵醒了我們，沒法睡，就去吃了個早餐，早餐這塊很不錯，這個表示認同。回來補個覺，樓上的聲音也停止了。
到了11點，想着正常退房時間是12點，給前台打電話説，能不能延遲退房到13點前退房？前台冷冰冰的回答，不能，延遲退房一小時30元，我真的呵呵了，第一，前台會專業話術嗎？哪怕騙騙我：不好意思先生，我們今天客情比較緊張，所以沒辦法答應您這個要求，就是冷冰冰的30元1小時。
我住酒店哪怕是五星級酒店也沒説遇到這種冷冰冰的回答。所以我們很禮貌的抓緊洗漱了，11.50幾下去把房退了。
建議酒店管理層去住一晚上，然後到樓上同時凌晨2點還在走動還在大聲説話去經歷一下，你睡不睡得着？極度失望，對星程這個品牌也表示失望。
