Little to complain. Excellent location to visit Sanqingshan. Great Hilton service by the staff. Nice, clean and we'll equipped room. One negative would be the lack of food options, especially for western meals that I understand I have to pre-order in the day if I want it for dinner because the western chef is not available whole day.

I was worried that the hotel was too cautious and I would not be comfortable, but it was really good after I moved in. There were toilets on both floors, which was very convenient. My husband repeatedly asked me to give it a good review. When I arrived on the first day, it was already afternoon, so I went to the entrance of the scenic spot to take pictures and avoid the crowds.
In addition, parking was also quite friendly. Although it was not parked in the hotel, at least there was a place to park.

GGuest UserThe house is newly renovated, the inside is very clean, and the room is large, suitable for lying down quietly for a few days. The first floor is the restaurant. Every dish is fresh and delicious. You can tell that it is not a pre-made dish. I recommend everyone to eat the steamed pork ribs and fish head soup, which are delicious! The most important thing is the proprietress of the store, who is warm and thoughtful. She not only recommends Sanqingshan tour routes to us, but also introduces interesting places in the surrounding area. The location of the B&B is right at the entrance of the Jinsha Cableway, and there is no parking fee for cars parked here. For such a good market, I must help the proprietress to promote it more. If friends who go to Sanqingshan see this comment, they can definitely comment and check in one day in advance. Have breakfast at the back door the next morning and go straight to the cableway entrance. Luckin KFC milk tea shop has everything you need there. I didn’t have time to go to Sanqing Palace this time. If I have the chance to come in the future, I will stay at the owner’s wife’s house, have a bowl of fish head soup, and taste authentic Jiangxi cuisine. Finally, I wish the proprietress a prosperous business and continue to open branches!

GGuest UserWe didn’t actually stay here but had this place booked for 2 nights. We shouldn’t have gotten a refund because we were trying to cancel 1 day after the check in day but I contacted the hotel owner and she agreed to charge us a 20% penalty. My husband fell incredibly sick and was bedridden and we had to find him a doctor during the CNY holiday. We were also with our baby and I was so stressed with how we were going to get to our destination. The hotel owner was very understanding and we hope that the next time we come back we can stay at their place. The owner sent me a video of the hotel and it looked beautiful. Thank you again for accommodating us! We are truly appreciative!

SsingingcarolsOwner is super nice and friendly. Helped us carry our luggage to the fourth floor after seeing how exhausted we were from hiking Sanqingshan. You can leave your luggage there if you plan to sleep overnight on the mountain. Free bottles of water. Owner also helped us get the bus app to buy tickets for onward travel.
Very clean and new. Love the bathroom! Beds are in the Chinese style and were quite hard. Only downside.

The children liked the design and layout of the room very much, and they loved the spinning top given to them by the front desk.

Zzoi_wuThis stay at Sanqingshan New Century Grand Hotel left a deep impression on me, especially the thoughtful service of Lin Yan at the front desk, which made the whole journey more comfortable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, her cordial greetings and efficient handling made me feel warm. Knowing that I was traveling with friends, she took the initiative to upgrade the room and introduced the hotel's facilities in detail, which was very considerate! The room has an excellent view, facing the main peak of Sanqingshan, and the sunset in the evening is intoxicating. Lin Yan also called to confirm the check-in experience and recommended the hotel's special sweat steaming, which relieved my fatigue after climbing. The next morning, due to the tight schedule, she coordinated with the restaurant in advance to prepare a quick breakfast bag for me, saving a lot of time. When checking out, she not only quickly handled the formalities, but also gave a small gift with local characteristics. This kind of heart is touching. Overall, the hotel has an elegant environment and complete facilities, and Lin Yan's professionalism and enthusiasm are a plus. Her service is not a mechanized process, but really thinks from the perspective of the guests, making the accommodation experience full of human touch. I strongly recommend this hotel, and thank Lin Yan for her meticulous care again, looking forward to coming again next time!

TTony HongWhat a great hotel to stay in! The place is hygienic and lies right in the middle of the village and is right next door to the Jinsha cable car. The public terrace in the morning offers a wonderful view of the Sanqingshan. There are plenty of food options available nearby. Literally less than a minutes walk and there are some fine eateries.
Service was impeccable. The individuals at the front desk including the manager were extremely polite, professional and kind.
I should mention that the room I originally booked had only a skylight for a window which I was fine with. But later I decided to happily pay for an upgrade for windows. I went to the front desk and told this to the two individuals working, the manager included (see photo) and we were delightfully told that we were to be given a free upgrade to a Standard Twin Bedroom which has big windows. I can only assume it’s because the staff and manager are kind and there were not that many guests staying in the hotel at that time. Regardless, I highly recommend the place.

SsingingcarolsOwner is super nice. Added me to WeChat and answered my thousands of questions. Views were spectacular and the shower was decent and had hot water. Unfortunately toilets are in the nearby hotel and they weren't the best.. just brush your teeth and wash your face in the outdoor sinks. The room Aircon machines weren't turned on but the air was quite cool. Only downside is that the pods are quite close together so when you open one window it blocks the window of the other pods and vice versa. Many times our windows got closed because our neighbors pushed ours to open theirs. Then we can't open the window from the inside and have to go outside the pod to open the window.
The area has nice lighting at night but also wish at one point the lights would turn off so we could see the stars more clearly.
A very great experience to sleep in the mountains. Also the owners make very good food here! Definitely one of the better meals and nothing beats eating delicious food while overlooking the mountains.

When booking, pay attention to the wooden house branch in two areas, Taohuawu and the square. The photo is Taohuawu. It is highly recommended to live here. The square is quieter and darker. The environment in the wooden house is more general, because it is under the mountain, there are many small flying insects. The boss has a very good service attitude and is very patient. On the second floor of the hotel intersection, there is Hainan cuisine opened by Hong Kong sister. As a Chaozhou person, it is in line with my taste and delicious! Shajiang chicken and grilled fish are especially recommended.

Sseb75The location is fantastic! We didn't walk through any more conveniently located accomodations on Sanqing Shan. The sunset and sunrise observation platform is excellent.
The family is really nice : their smart and friendly daughter did everything to meet our needs and spent time on translation apps to help us in any possible ways, including when we got stuck with WeChat due to our international card not being accepted by the merchant.
However, there are some drawbacks:
1) prices should be lower (we paid just under 300 CNY), or amenities should be better. It is a shame you have to pay for soap and towels, and the property should provide free water bottles. The bathroom facilities could also be greatly improved by just cleaning up the unbelievable mess, as well as using a little extra detergent.
2) tents are really close one to another, which means A LOT of noise. You'd rather bring some ear plugs before your stay.
As a conclusion, we would absolutely stay again, but we got irked the owners just abuse their monopolistic power. Note that, unlike in Huangshan, where you can easily find drinking water for free, the Sanqing Shan area is marred by a very irritating bunch of cartelized sellers, which means that they are both unpleasant and expensive. You won't get water under 10 CNY per bottle, that's a shame.

LLuca WorldTravelerI stayed 4 nights and the best thing of this hotel is the location: on top of Sanqingshan, next to the Waishuangxi Cableway (literally 5 min walking from the exit). From here I could wake up early in the mornings and have long days to slowly explore the entire mountain and appreciate every single area, and relax in the evenings just sitting in front of the hotel (beautiful view along the valley). Second best thing of this hotel is the owner, very helpful for anything I needed, and even with my little Chinese he managed very well everything I asked, and also his wife with her nice breakfasts, so service was good. Facilities are also good, considering that it is on top of the mountain and the price paid. I would definitely back to this hotel in other seasons to enjoy Sanqingshan!
