The hotel upgraded the room for free to meet the requirements on Ctrip.com that we were traveling with a two-year-old baby and wanted to arrange a high floor, quiet, non-smoking, and good view. What a great hotel to stay in! The place is hygienic and lies right in the middle of the village and is right next door to the Jinsha cable car. The public terrace in the morning offers a wonderful view of the Sanqingshan. There are plenty of food options available nearby. Literally less than a minutes walk and there are some fine eateries. Service was impeccable. The individuals at the front desk including the manager were extremely polite, professional and kind. I should mention that the room I originally booked had only a skylight for a window which I was fine with. But later I decided to happily pay for an upgrade for windows. I went to the front desk and told this to the two individuals working, the manager included (see photo) and we were delightfully told that we were to be given a free upgrade to a Standard Twin Bedroom which has big windows. I can only assume it’s because the staff and manager are kind and there were not that many guests staying in the hotel at that time. Regardless, I highly recommend the place.
