環境很好，十分點 7 分來自環境，空氣好，夠私密。服務到位，不過早餐需要到店才點餐，有點費時間，其他都很滿意！

隱士的好酒店，環境太好了。不用出去在酒店呆著就很舒服。餐廳出品也很棒，中餐晚餐都在這解決的。早餐的咖啡很香。總之各方面都打滿分

在三清山住了一個民宿，一個雷迪森，首先先表揚，雷迪森的環境很好，裝修很好，酒店內部的接送車的小哥服務真的很好，熱情，淳樸，會給你很多遊玩建議，酒店的其餘服務人員也基本做到了有求必應，但是和雷迪森這個品牌的其他城市的服務比起來，還是有差距的。
1、我們一開始定的是一個六百多的房間，標記網紅升降床的那個，剛到房間門口，發現就是一個集裝箱改造的，裏面裝修的味道很重，床要從房頂放下來，大失所望！而且進去之後應該是剛剛打掃完，那個水漬到我協商升級房型準備走了，差不多20分鐘都沒幹。
2、服務人員：服務人員首先態度還是很好的，但是配套不起來，我晚上想打桌球，到桌球館門口都是關的，後來打了前台服務人員才匆匆而來，説好八點半關門的，八點一刻已經有工作人員換了便服，坐在一邊的小椅子上等我們走了，再者是早餐，進去也沒服務人員，要下麪條的時候沒人，找了一圈，師傅躲在後麪玩手機，服務員也是一會有人一會沒人的，菜品也很不豐富，基本沒什麼選擇，整個園區給人感覺更像民宿，不像一個五星級酒店。不過接送小哥真的很nice！
但是總的來説，風景很好，服務有待改善。

三清山最好的酒店，帶長者出門，工作人員電瓶車隨叫隨到，態度非常好。設施完善，價格不便宜，但是物有所值。環境優美。
