房間設施不錯，無論是前台還是餐廳和打掃房間的工作人員，都很熱情友好，其服務很是到位，尤贊：酒店主動安排車接送至山門索道，還免費送水以及登山杖👍酒店有早餐提供，雖品種不多，但也都能滿足食客胃的需求。

環境很不錯，離景區門口走路大約5分鐘，服務很貼心，知道是帶小孩的，提前給換了大床。強烈推薦。就是忘記拍照片了，衹能發幾張景點的照片了。

房間衞生乾淨整潔，裝修時間有點長，離金沙索道不遠，步行幾分鐘就到了。整體還可以😌工作人員也很熱心周到，早餐還可以。五一價格有點偏貴，節假日期出遊，不可避免。

前台服務很熱情，幫了我們很多忙，主動幫我們升級了房間。房間很大，還有一個陽台，雖然設施比較老，住起來算方便。枱燈與落地燈都很漂亮。早餐時人太多了，排隊取餐有些麻煩。

強烈推薦三清山華克山莊！必須給五星好評！這次入住體驗堪稱完美！地理位置絕佳，就在金沙索道旁，步行幾分鐘就能開啟登山之旅，早起錯峯超方便。房間按五星標準打造，寬敞明亮又乾淨，智能設備齊全，暖氣和熱水隨時在線，玩累一天回來超治癒。餐飲更是一絕，當地特色菜和精緻點心都超美味，食材新鮮，大廚手藝絕了！最感動的是服務，從前台到保潔，每位工作人員都熱情耐心，主動幫忙規劃行程、提供登山建議，還貼心準備了地圖和登山杖。無論是家庭出遊還是商務出行，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次來三清山還住這兒！
