房間空調很吵，發現被子有污漬想管被子，前台電話打了十幾個也打不通，客房服務電話也打十幾個不通，實在沒辦法打餐廳電話竟然通了，讓餐廳聯繫客服，後來換了房間，發現這個房間WiFi是不行的，修了三次還是不行，真是暈！服務人員直説對不起，可是實質性沒變，網絡還是不行，想想算了不想折騰了。第二天發現早餐也是很差，一種水果是小番薯也是非常不新鮮，有爛斑。總之這是一次很不好的體驗！

房間設施不錯，無論是前台還是餐廳和打掃房間的工作人員，都很熱情友好，其服務很是到位，尤贊：酒店主動安排車接送至山門索道，還免費送水以及登山杖👍酒店有早餐提供，雖品種不多，但也都能滿足食客胃的需求。
