旅遊回來的路上來給老闆激情寫評價了，非常熱心的老闆和老闆娘，住宿條件也很好，被子枕頭還有洗衣液的香味，房間窗很大，沒有異味，打掃得非常乾淨。老闆基本有求必應，走之前還主動幫忙送行李，住的非常開心，祝老闆生意興隆！

房間乾淨，被褥乾爽一點不潮。地理位置非常方便，離景區大門和去上饒、婺源大巴的停靠點都很近。周邊飯館超市早餐鋪很多。建議住這就在他家吃飯，老闆炒菜很好吃，尤其是當地特色紅燒小黃魚，特別下飯！

衞生非常好，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞、明亮。衞生間乾濕分離，還提供一次性馬桶套，這在此檔民宿、酒店是很少的。服務十分熱情、周到。老闆給了我們很好的遊覽路線的規劃、建議。因為我們是老年人，老闆邵先生主動幫助把行李搬到三樓，使人有賓至如歸之感。民宿為住客免費提供登山竹杖。有免費停車位。周邊購物、餐飲比比皆是，都非常方便，離索道站和玉簾瀑布景點都僅有二、三百米。民宿也提供餐飲，老闆邵先生廚藝也好，就餐方便。就因為老闆的服務好，我們住的開心，所以又續住了一晚。
