1.下午兩點半左右入住（因為上午十點左右沒有房間，把東西寄前台的），房間才剛剛打掃完，滿房間水漬。因為有水，我們三個人進去踩的全是黑黢黢的臟東西。
2.床單不乾淨，有頭髮，有黃色不知名污漬。
3.發現房間沒幹去找服務人員要個幹拖把，都不是讓他們幫忙拖。一名男服務人員居然理直氣壯的説:“剛拖完地，肯定是濕的！”大哥，你們酒店是服務業哎，不是我死乞白賴求着入住的吧！當然後面還是等着酒店自己乾的。
4.電競酒店的電腦開機要收費，雖然衹有一塊錢，但也是我首次見到。
5.最後一點，一個電競酒店近300的價位，這種硬件，這種服務還是安安心心的去開你們的網吧，不要搞酒店了吧。

首先電腦方面設備確實可以；
但是除去電腦以外，環境差得遠
這個不像酒店，不如説是一個加了床的包間
一共花費249元左右，除了設備其餘沒有任何享受
再説服務，預訂時我選擇了我的權益“免費升級”“兩點退房”，我訂的是雙人房，給我免費升級了大床房，然後我額外加了50元升到了雙人房，不過我升高了2級，該付費是應該的，但是否應該衹付一個等級的差價而不是兩個等級的差價；第一個權益我並沒有享受到，其次第二天中午1點15分左右就開始催退房説是1點半就要退房，我的第二個權益也沒享受到；所以總結一句話，請不要立牌坊，給不到的服務就不要展示出來，展示出來請做到；不然我就很難受花錢沒得到應有的東西
