Otel öncelikle konum itibariyle güzel yeşil bir bölgede oda temizliği iyi diyebilirim. Otel 4 yıldız görünüyor fakat 4 yıldızlık bir kahvaltısı maalesef yok’ kahvaltı açısından vasat birde sakın eşya uunutmayın kesinlikle arayıp bilgi vermiyorlar sizin aramanız gerekli :)) ortalama bir otel diyebilirim

It was clean and very quiet. The gentleman at the reception and the housekeeping lady are very attentive and committed to their jobs. The bed was comfortable too. The only problem was that there was a single duvet on the bed and a single hanger in the wardrobe. There is no elevator either. I still recommend it.

10 days for a sporting event in the Hotel Spilos was not the best accommodation in Manisa! Don't accept rooms 215-217 as all you can see is a wall with crumbling foil and the rooms are very dark. We had booked full board and had to fight for 3 days until a buffet was set up for lunch and dinner. Quality = so-so. On the positive side, however, were the young staff who were very cheerful and helpful, even if hardly any English was spoken.

The breakfast variety was plentiful and delicious. The opening of the spa center at 12 noon is a very interesting and unprecedented time period. The spa center opens at 10 at the latest. The guys at the reception were not happy with their jobs at all, they were friendly and seemed like they were being kept there by force. As the facility management, you should take steps to help the people at the reception be more friendly in their work. There were no slippers in the rooms. We got them ourselves from the reception. They might have said that you go to your room and we will send them to you. These are actions that do not suit a 4 star hotel. I give 4/5 for comfort and breakfast quality, excluding service.
