雖然是比較老的酒店，但房間各類設施維護的非常好。房間超乎意料的大，孩子跑來跑去超級高興。酒店服務也很好，多個孩子，打客服要一次性拖鞋，結果還意外送了孩子的牙刷和睡衣，真的很用心。

運城最好的五星級酒店，樓不高但設施齊全，住宿贈4樓洗浴券和午晚自助餐5.5折券，特別是還有免費接機服務。我們一行2人酒店派的帕薩特轎車，接機的衞師傅服務熱情，主動幫拿行李，介紹名盛美食；總枱服務員素質一流，酒店提示系統出問題後，主動用自己手機聯繫我們。早餐品種豐富，羊湯超級棒，尤其是零壓大床太舒服了，再來運城還住金鑫！

酒店是比較傳統的風格，但從外觀到大堂再到房間都能看到很用心的設計和紮實的裝修。前台辦理入住十分順利，也幫忙解決訂單的一點小問題。早上提着行李箱來吃早飯，也有店員主動提示幫忙寄存行李到前台，非常貼心。
