有一點必須説説事實,其餘皆好
早上近5點房間跳電了,由於我5點半就要離店所以5點半離開房間至1樓退房告知（可以不説的反正就離開了,就是好心告訴下）,,一到前台時一位前台姑娘正走向門口看了我冷一眼繼續出門口,我心想:要是客人有急事請問呢？
等了小會兒她進來了我告知她此事,她説:是你燒熱水弄的,我説不是,確實有用房間配置的電熱水瓶燒熱水但都已燒好跳開了,她説:水量加太多,我説:昨天（連住2天）也皆加一樣水量的,她又説:這難説了都可能跳電概率,,,,？？？？？
好吧,她不重視店裡的問題與可能產生的後果包含了顧客回頭率與評價,我也與她多説無意了走人
暈了~所以...
這是我的錯！？
放置電熱水瓶裝飾用？
全天下酒店使用的熱水瓶皆有跳電？
其實這原本衹是個很小的事
取決這姑娘冷漠、推脱的態度！
但必須公正的説就衹她這樣哈！
晚上班另有一個看似資深或幹部的很漂亮姑娘就態度非常之好,
還是五星就看在這位敬業與態度很好姑娘！

硬件設施可以，衞生條件好，前台服務好！有一點不太滿意，隔音效果有待提高，能清楚聽到過道來來往往的人説話！
