When I called the hotel, she said that my friend washed for too long. In the end, we couldn't solve it, so we asked us to change hotels. It was after nine o'clock in the evening, and it was hard for us to book a hotel. When I went to take a shower again, the water was hot, but after a few minutes of washing, there was no hot water. The environment is okay, but the location, facilities, and especially the service are really bad.

Stepping into this hotel, I instantly admired its exquisite location, it is simply the best choice for the scenery of the Yellow River. At the check-in, the front desk staff was warm and caring and specially upgraded us to a room with a balcony so that we could enjoy the intoxicating sunset without obstruction. In the room, the floor heating exudes warmth, even if the outdoor temperature is as low as minus ten degrees, I can walk barefoot on the ground, all wrapped in warmth. However, at night, the dry air made us a little uncomfortable. Unexpectedly, after feedback to the staff, they immediately acted. It was late at the time, and the cold wind outside, but the staff did not hesitate to go out and buy a humidifier for us. We were moved when they hurried back with a humidifier and put it in the room. This meticulous and responsive care is really heartwarming. At the same time, the hotel also organized fun parent-child activities. The staff took the children to make rock candy gourds and health hammers. The children were fully invested, the little hands were busy, the face was full of happiness, and the parent-child time was warm and beautiful. The next day, in order to ride the sunrise of the Yellow River, we got up early. The morning sun was gently spilling on the calm river, and the Yellow River was like a huge mirror, reflecting the sky and the riverbank, like a dream. Every moment of time in this hotel is full of surprises, from intimate service to beautiful scenery, it is extremely nostalgic.

The environment is clean and tidy, the layout of the room is perfect, elegant and not lost, the service is thoughtful, people are very comfortable, give me a feeling of home, very good!

The facilities are quite good. Each room has a large bath. I have been to Nanfang Shanli B&B and always felt that our Yuanqu is not bad enough to have a decent B&B or hotel. So I brought my family here as soon as I knew it opened. The reception staff I’m not familiar with the business but I’m very dedicated. The surrounding area is still being repaired. I wanted to take my children to the pasture and it was too hot at 2pm. It finally cooled down at 5 or 6pm and it closed. The details need to be improved. Spider webs on the walls and sofas. There are stains and baseboards. It has only been open for a few days. It has been damaged if it is not repaired in time. The breakfast is a bit perfunctory. At this accommodation price, at least there is coffee. The overall feeling is that it is a standard ** internet celebrity check-in point with only an empty shell~

The hotel is located in the famous hometown of Guan Gong, a one-minute walk from Guandi Temple. It's the Spring Festival holiday, and the independent courtyard is still full of scenery. The pavilions and ponds in the courtyard live directly in the large garden. The three independent rooms all have large front and rear terraces, and you can see the green rice fields surrounding the hotel. The courtyard also has its own independent kitchen, restaurant, tea room, and swimming pool. It's great. I will come back to experience it in depth.

The service of the hotel is very good, and you feel at home as soon as you enter the door. The room is clean and tidy, well-equipped, very comfortable, highly recommended! The location is very good! The hot spring is particularly good, the swimming pool must be experienced, very clean, the water temperature is comfortable, there is no smell of disinfectant, this is impossible in Chengdu. Breakfast is also very good. The waiter is very dedicated! It feels like a very high-end hotel in Yucheng. We stayed for two days and were very satisfied.
