I was very put out with this Hilton, and I now have a new question to ask before I ever book at a Hilton again. You will notice from the attached photo that there is NO CONDITIONER in the bathroom. When I asked for a bottle to be replaced, the reply was "We are not required to provide conditioner." I'm sorry. Seriously? Like with blow dryers, hotels have been providing conditioner for years. I no longer travel with shampoo and conditioner, which is really nice considering TSA's standards of under 3 oz bottles. There was no apology. It was a firm, this is the way it is done. Don't stay here!!! And, when booking with other Hilton hotels, I recommend checking to see if conditioner is supplied.

Nice place with nice people.
We needed to check in early because of a medical procedure, and were given the room early so I could rest and recover. Very spacious, lovely room and great staff.

Stayed here for the night while traveling to California - I made reservations for a suite that had a kitchen for a family of 4. These suits are definitely not designed for a family they are made for 1 person. The receptionist was very friendly but wanted to tell me and my family how he is a part time terminator and what sort of bugs he kills which I really didn’t care for. I was charged for parking when it’s Free? The swimming pool was as hot as bath water it was too hot for my grandson to swim also there was no shade.

My room was amazing. I’m handicapped and my walk-in-shower was very convenient. The only problem was a long walk from the elevator to my room.
