The location is good and it is close to the station. The room facilities are complete and everything is available. The bedding is clean and tidy and changed for each guest. The key is that they wash it themselves and dry it in the rooftop greenhouse. The reception service is very enthusiastic and they picked us up at the station. The room we stayed in has a view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Before leaving, we caught up with the good weather and took pictures of the beautiful snow-capped mountains with our mobile phone. It was my first time in Lijiang and I stayed here for two nights. I left with satisfaction and gave it a five-star rating!

This is my second time staying at Xiyun. I like it very much. Both the service and the accommodation environment are very good, very new and clean. The B&B lady is very thoughtful and pays attention to details. Before we even said what we were going to do next, she knew what we needed and arranged everything for us. This is very reassuring and heartwarming. Because I was traveling alone, the B&B lady would ask me to eat together, watch TV together, and chat together. It felt great, like a family. What we girls want when we go out is safety and peace of mind, so I comment carefully and strongly recommend every guest to come to Xiyun. It's really great!

I doubt I’ll ever find a better stay than this one. It was very warm and comfortable 3 night stay. It got everything I need and more as a solo female traveller. The room is very clean and spacious. The host offer generous amenities. I would like to extend the special thanks to the host. The host’s hospitality is out of this world. He always drove me to the railway station and picked me up at railway during my stay. He was very gracious with his time, offer great local advice for the trip itinerary, always ask if I need anything and offer his help. Thank you so much for so many wonderful memories and warm welcome during my stay.
