Joy Holiday Lijiang Hotel

Check-in was very slow. We went to the front desk at 11 a.m. to register and store our luggage. We were told we could check in after 3 p.m., so we went out for a walk. However, it was almost 4 a.m. and we still hadn't received any text or phone calls notifying us of check-in. We went to the front desk to ask, but there were still so many people waiting in line to check in. It was very frustrating. Another issue was the security. The door lock was broken and the room card didn't work. The staff just gave us a code to open the door, which is a code everyone knows. We stayed for two nights and reported it to the staff, but the problem was not resolved. I was really worried about my stay. The quality of the breakfast was really poor. It was ridiculously crowded and messy. The drinking glasses were disposable. It was not even up to the standards of an All Seasons hotel.

We stayed in a family room with excellent hotel facilities. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the park. The hotel is conveniently located to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Lijiang Old Town, Baisha Ancient Town, and Shuhe Ancient Town. Our housekeeper, Xiaomi, and our front desk assistant, Lulu, were very helpful and patiently answered any questions we had. Highly recommended.

吃得好！玩得好！就休閑娛樂來説我非常滿意！ 但是！我不得不説但是了。不是刻意挑刺，是真的期望服務能更上一層樓，這是人之常情，望理解:客房設施需要定期檢查。我就是在水池倒了一壺熱水，門口竟然漫水了！衞生間的熱水器有漏水跡象。衞生間台盆有黴斑。還有床底下沙發底下有瓜子殼。

This is a very good value accommodation. It's right next to the campground, and you can get there in a small electric buggy. The staff are very friendly. The facilities are a bit dated, but with such beautiful views, that's not a big deal.

整體感覺很不錯，別墅度假區，遠離古城的喧囂。最滿意的是酒店送的星嵐旅拍，服務態度好，化粧漂亮，孩子很喜歡。
