We loved Club Med Lijiang We are a mixed family with two boys aged 5 and 8 and spent 7 nights at Club Med Lijiang. We were excited to go but it still exceeded our expectations. Our boys did not want to leave the resort. The food was delicious and diverse, with a mix of local Yunnan dishes, other Chinese dishes and Western cuisine, with menu variations each day. The restaurant manager Abdel was very professional but personal and the Head Chef Rishi even improvised a Sri Lankan dish for us one evening. As we had a full week, we did some excursions to explore the region but when we were at the village (i.e. the Club Med), our two sons were gladly going to the Mini Club very independently, regularly lunching or dining with their friends and the amazing Kids Club staff (or GO’s in Club Med vocabulary). Thanks again to GO’s Mark, William, Otto for doing so well with the kids and allowing us parents to also enjoy the facilities or go out sightseeing on bicycles. Also thanks to the circus team Bobby, Lio and Glenn for their safely and thorough explanation, we all tried our first trapeze. Another great surprise was the quality of the shows in the evenings, so much that we attended all of them. Some of the GO’s artistic talent or energy was amazing; the trapeze team, Kara, Allen, Otto, Mark, Kuga and even bar manager Lee. Finally, Frankie at the front desk was amazing at making sure our holiday was a success and generally, the GO teams were incredible, not just at their own speciality but throughout the week in our interactions with them. We really enjoyed our holidays. Congratulations go to head of village Yannis for making Club Med Lijiang so exceptional. We hope to be back later this year.

I recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics. While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety. Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.

The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location. When you enter the courtyard, you are right in front of the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain, where you can have afternoon tea. It is the best viewing location. It is so comfortable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Guest room greetings are very timely and efficient. The staff are friendly He is very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner and puts himself in the shoes of his guests. A very satisfying stay experience! Staying at this hotel made me feel like home and I will come back in the future!

The B&B has a great environment and the view is first-rate! I kept taking photos when I arrived, and I was lucky to have booked a great value room. The two ladies who own the B&B are interesting and enthusiastic. Two days is not enough, and I want to stay a few more days. The surrounding environment is very good and quiet. I can hear the chirping of insects and birds every day and enjoy the relaxing vacation time. I heard from the B&B lady that it will be more beautiful in winter. I have already booked my flight tickets and will come again in winter.

Whenever I go to Baisha, if there are rooms available, I will definitely stay at this inn for a few days. The location is very good, at the end of the main street of Baisha Ancient Town towards the snow mountain, quiet in the bustling city. Sister Lu and the boss are very nice and responsive to any requests. It is really a treasure inn.

Facilities: All-inclusive, the whole house is so smart and friendly! Xiaodu actually bought a membership hahaha, the speaker is Marshall~ and many details are in place, there are fireplaces, makeup mirrors, and even makeup remover wipes. Hygiene: Cleaned very clean, the bedding is also very comfortable to sleep, but the most comfortable is the bathrobe! I started searching for the same one when I came back. Environment: The hotel itself has a sense of design, not to mention that you can see the sunrise Jinshan while lying on the bed, and Longnu Lake Scenic Area is a hundred meters away. Service: It is the most considerate and enthusiastic in this trip! The staff will pull up the WeChat group and respond to anything in time (I had a fever after climbing the snow mountain, and the hotel was very considerate to send a thermometer, ibuprofen, hot water and fruit), and the daily activities will be notified in the group in advance~very active and positive! Naxi home visits are particularly meaningful, and handmade activities are also fun!

This inn is located in Baisha Town, not far from Yulong Mountain. Surrounded by a peaceful environment, it is a pleasant place to stay. The courtyard of the inn is full of various flowers and plants, with different flowers in bloom throughout the year, allowing people to enjoy the beauty of nature. The rooms of the inn are clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making people feel comfortable and relaxed. The decoration of the rooms is full of local characteristics, allowing people to experience the rich culture of the Naxi people. The service of the inn is also very good, the staff are warm and thoughtful, making guests feel at home. The inn also provides various tourist information and services to help guests better understand the local culture and attractions. In addition, the location of the inn is also very convenient, close to various attractions and commercial areas in the ancient town, convenient for guests to travel and shop. In summary, this inn is located in Baisha Town, not far from Yulong Mountain, with a peaceful environment, clean and tidy rooms, complete facilities, and good service. It is a highly recommended inn. If you come to Baisha Town, you might as well choose this inn to enjoy a wonderful trip.

The welcome fruit plate is so healthy and delicious . We were surprised by the spectacular view of YuLong Snow Mountain right in front of the room. The room is so spacious that we laid down two large and one small luggage without any movement issue. Also not to mention about interior design is so cosy and comfortable. Instant hot water during shower, sufficient number of power socket, smart toilet bowl and self service free laundry machines were available for our need. This hotel also serve healthy, balance diet and Yunan caffe for breakfast. We thank you to front desk manager, Miss Xiao for her best efforts and arrangements. This is the best hotel in Lijiang that we stay so far. I strongly recommend to visitor that plan to have a short stay in Lijiang and wanted to go other places in the next morning.

Maybe there are enough rooms, the boss upgraded our room. The room is super large, and there is a terrace with snow-capped mountains. The area around the B&B is very quiet. If you have enough time, you can slow down the pace of travel and slowly enjoy the scenery of the plateau. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the B&B to Baisha Ancient Town, and it is very fast to take a taxi to Dongba Valley and Yulong Snow Mountain. The B&B has breakfast every morning, and there is also a cured pork ribs hot pot dinner. The wine, beverages and fruits are all self-service, which is very convenient. The owners and housekeepers of the B&B are very enthusiastic. We are here for the New Year's Eve. The housekeeper said that there are many activities nearby, and tourists can go to participate for free. They answered all our questions in detail. We were taken good care of by them😆! Thank you! I especially recommend everyone to stay in this B&B. First of all, the decoration of the B&B is great. As soon as you enter, there are people there, making you feel as if you have arrived in Northern Europe. There are also birds singing outside and a lake. What makes people feel the happiest is the warm hospitality of our front desk clerk Xiao Zhang, which made us feel the warmth and love between people.
