半夜快五點鐘被陌生人刷卡打開了房門 酒店的處理方式只有一句不好意思外加一袋加起來不夠十塊錢的小玩意 不管是出於什麼原因我個人認為處理沒有得到讓我滿意的結果 下次不會去了

我一個東呈金卡，出差旅行首選東呈集團的酒店，這次是第一次住柏曼。訂了四間房，我聞了很*之後一間間過去看廁所都一股味道，難不成八個人鼻子有問題，廁所一股不知道什麼味道，拿花灑沖了還是一樣，我洗澡聞到吐，一個才開業不久2021年的酒店衞生搞成這樣。房間的地毯很臟

中午和朋友一起入住到停車場是很大，但發現沒有加裝保護欄，想要吃個午餐，發現沒有中餐廳只有早餐供應，酒店感覺開業有一段時間了，大堂擺放的裝飾品不是很多，這個地面的大理石黑灰看着不協調，電梯是需要刷卡的，房間還可以。
