首先我想説在攜程訂房將近10個年頭，36-40平米的房子住過數不清多少回了。這個酒店一進去就知道沒那麼大，用手機自帶測量平米數也不夠網站標記的平米數。反饋給前台，態度特別生硬被告知工程部説39平米。所以無法協調房間。我們要求很簡單就是給我們安排到36-40平米房間就可以了。協調無果給攜程客服打電話溝通，大概2個小時之後給我們換了套房，房間裏面特別冷，要開一夜的暖氣轟隆隆的一直響，一家當地五星級酒店，無論是服務還是硬件，還是房間設計上都特別差。希望平台審核按標準來。

房間配智能馬桶，還寫了按鍵説明，挺用心的。
就是酒店的規定有點嚴，給前台員工的處理權限有點小，有點波折。
