住得太舒服了！酒店周邊特別安靜，房間也敞亮乾淨。空調製冷快，熱水24小時都有，電視能投屏。樓下還有大停車場，設備齊全w又實用，下次還來！

酒店環境優美，房間衞生乾淨，前台小姐姐辦理入住的時候快速有效，而且很熱情，有禮貌，有任何問題都會解答，還主動給我們介紹了周邊的。7美食和景點非常滿意，前台還有免費的冷飲贈送。停車位置很多，還可以開票，會推薦給朋友的。

對於攜程客服的服務我給滿分5分。
但是對於這家連鎖酒店，並且還加了“國際”兩個字的酒店我給0.5分。
在玉林這個小城市，我覺得256元一晚的房間應該不算差吧，同級別的其他連鎖酒店的價格都比它低。結果住了兩晚給我非常不好的體驗。
酒店雖然才開業五年，但是各方面設施還是很舊的。沐浴間花灑的出水超小，洗手池的水龍頭出水是歪的分散的。每一層的走廊有股臭味，可能是地毯散發出來的。毛巾浴巾也是因為太多年了看起來很舊。
入住第一晚拉窗簾的時候，孩子發現窗簾上有一衹壁虎在爬，孩子爸爸趕緊把它弄到垃圾桶，我把垃圾袋扔到電梯口的垃圾桶旁邊地上。
我以為這衹是偶然現象，所以全家都沒在意，攜程評分我給了很客觀的4分。
結果第二晚準備睡覺的時候，床上的枕頭上突然跳出一衹壁虎，在床上爬，然後爬到牆壁上，當時我魂都快嚇沒了，我趕緊用拖鞋打死了它，扔到垃圾袋裡。接着趕緊打給前台，前台説叫阿姨拿殺蟲劑來噴房間，媽呀，殺蟲劑殘留在房間一晚上，房間是封閉的，一晚上不是要中毒了？我提出要換房間，前台也同意了，大半夜的一家三口在走廊奔跑着搬東西。好不容易搬好東西，結果房間是在ktv上面，吵了很久等到ktv打烊才算安靜下來。但是睡覺還是有心理陰影，衹能開着燈睡覺，一晚上沒睡好。
我想説，這不是連鎖酒店嗎？怎麼管理一點不像連鎖酒店，處理問題很隨意的態度，全程都是攜程在跟進，在溝通，盡最大努力給處理方案。奉勸大家訂房擦亮雙眼，同價位可以訂很多其它的連鎖酒店了。

老酒店，有點舊，設施還行。洗衣房的洗衣機和烘乾機有很多台。有獨立的停車場。房間可能很久沒人住還是環境問題，晚上窗簾上冒出一衹壁虎，嚇一跳。

非常棒的入住體驗！交通方便，位置好，房間乾淨，舒適，安靜 ，服務熱情專業，設施齊全。入住時前台小姐姐還送上了冷飲糖水，周邊環境安靜。7早餐的品種很多，還有本地牛腩粉和芋頭糕，床墊軟硬適中，一覺到天亮。大堂有便利店，附近有大超市，美食街，離十字街很近，價格實惠，設施齊全，有健身房和洗衣房，感覺很好 下次來一定還會住這裏！
