In particular, I would like to praise a little girl at the front desk. Her service is really warm and thoughtful, which makes people feel intimate. Seeing that we brought our children, we also upgraded our parent-child room for free. The check-in procedures were efficient and smooth, and her smiley welcome instantly eased the fatigue of our journey. When we consulted the hotel facilities and surrounding play information, she also patiently gave clear and practical answers, like a friend familiar with the local area. This meticulous care made our first impression of the hotel particularly good.
In addition to the excellent service, the hotel's own hardware facilities are also satisfactory.
