Todo estupendo. Al principio no les constaba mi reserva. El precio del desayuno que me aparecía en trip.com no se correspondía con en del hotel, pero finalmente me lo respetaron

Très bon hôtel, très bon standing, l’un des seuls hôtels aux standards internationaux dans la région j’ai l’impression. Accueil parfait malgré une arrivée tardive, chambres parfaitement équipées, groom. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.

Sürekli tercih ettiğimiz otel. Fiyat olarak kalabileceğiniz en uygun doubletree hliton. Halime Hanım’a honors bilgilendirmesi için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Temiz,düzen,kalite ve konfor arayanlar adres burası. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeterli. Otopark mevcut.

Türkiye Gezginler Derneği olarak Yüksekova ve Hatayı ziyaret ettik.Yüksekova Hilton otelde 2 gece konakladık. Daha kapıdan girer girmez sanki zengin bir akrabanızın evine gitmiş gibi hissettik. Biz Türkler duygusal insanlarız güler yüz görünce tüm olumsuzlukları göz ardı edebiliriz. Ama biz hiç bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık.. Daha kapıdan girer girmez kalite göze çarpıyor..Otel personeli çok güler yüzlü.. çok samimi idi. Odalar çok rahat konforlu idi. Akşam yemeği ve sabah kahvaltısı fiyata göre çok çok iyi. Tuvaletler tertemizdi. Hele otel sahibi Seyhan bey ile akşam arkadaşlarla uzun muhabbetimizden ben açıkçası çok keyif aldım. Yüksekova'ya sadece bu otelde konaklamak için bile gidebilirim. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Yüksekova'daki evimiz Hilton. Neden derseniz para her zaman ikinci planda tutuluyor. Bol ikram ve ekstralar çok çok ucuzdu. Hele bir de girişe bir piyano koyacakları haberini aldık. Bu daha da hoşumuza gitti.

Uzun zamandan sonra Fatma hanım restoranada görmek çok güzeldi ve ayrıcı Zübeyt beyle iş uyumu çok iyi çok iyi bir ekip olunmuş ve geldiğim ilk günlere göre otel daha da iyi bir vaziyette gelmiş yemek servisi harkiaydı çok özenle ilgilendiler çok teşekkür ediyorum zübeyt beye başarılarını devamını diliyoru ve söylemede geçmek istemiyorum Fatma hanımın yaptığı kokteyl çok güzeldi herşey için teşekkürler Hilton ailesi

Halime Yuksekova was outstanding leader and amazing had special cherished memories from arrival to departure. As a Hilton Diamond member I was delighted with the service, greetings and welcome from all the staff. It was pleasure to meet Halime, Ms Azade and Seyfettin almost on a daily basis whom ensured that my stay was a memorable one. Front desk guys always cheerful and welcoming, Ceylan, Ciem and Fatma. Housekeeping rarely do get a mention in reviews Bahar was welcoming and greeting every time she cleaned the room, also excellent communications skills along with Rojben who went to extra mile whilst she seen I was praying without a prayer mat with immediate effect got it, and said it's our duty that the guest's are provided the best service am so impressed. Restaurant during breakfast Fatma and Sibel was wonderful hosts and served me for over two weeks, also Mesut was good. Can't forget the minibar guys Aydin and Serdin they used to have a chat and laugh with me also. All the managment was wonderful, greeted me and welcomed ensured had a enjoyable and memorable stay. Yusuf the bellboy was nice chap and met him on arrival and during my stay. Sorry if I forgot to mention anyone but the whole staff were really nice. The GM Cihan, Halime and Serhan Dora communicated with me before my stay, during my stay and after my stay. Many thanks. Sadly I miss all the staff in particulary Halime, GM and Ms Azade who organised cherished moments.
