這家民宿太懂浪漫了！房間陽台正對着大海，抬眼就是波光粼粼的海面，更妙的是不遠處就有座小型摩天輪，夜晚亮燈時像串彩色珍珠，和海景相映成趣，隨手一拍都是壁紙。民宿自帶餐廳超方便，不用出門就能吃到新鮮海鮮和本地小菜，早餐的海景靠窗位更是搶手，邊吃邊看海太愜意。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，晚上聽着隱約的海浪聲和摩天輪的輕音樂，睡得格外安穩。老闆服務周到，還會推薦周邊玩法。位置絕佳，既能擁海入眠，又能看摩天輪性價比超高，下次還來！

度假村步步是景，非常適合喜歡拍照的MM。這次定的小別墅套，室內乾淨整潔，室外一個小院一個露台，滿足了小歇和觀景的兩大需求。早餐和提前預訂的晚餐色香味俱全，還特別有儀式感。

管家很給力，提前詢問了用餐情況，到了之後還給了個意外之喜，説攜程上線第一個客户給升級的房型。人熱情，服務周到，莫名給人緣分感親切感。房間很乾凈，設施設備也很不錯，準備的零食不少，還挺好吃，柚子飲料和小薯條尤其。幾個房間都蠻有特色的，民宿整體環境也很好，出片的。

玉環江干，漂流和景區小孩玩很合適。民宿屬於村集體開發的，員工都是當地人，廚房阿姨伯伯盡心盡職。代運營小4人不錯，帶小孩做手工，非常客氣。但是客服還有年輕人不像做服務業的樣子。住了兩天第一天晚上回來下雨被關門外，客服電話不接訊息不回，最後一直打攜程電話才告知密碼。第二天房間不打掃，毛巾水什麼都沒人更換。預約的晚餐客服又未按報的菜給廚房報，未按需求上菜，最後一天的早餐又出紕漏，預約8點，坐到8.30餐廳門都沒開，9點都沒吃到。對接客人的客服一定要辭掉。不回訊息不接電話的，民宿所有人的努力敗在一個接待客人的客服上，客户訴求全不傳達，年輕人辦事太不靠譜。

非常適合家庭出遊的民宿，老闆一家態度極好和熱情 位置得天獨厚邊上就是小型遊樂場。最開心的莫過於小朋友和店裡的小狗玩得非常愉快，都不捨得走，一直唸叨着什麼時候可以再去。一家民宿的意義應該就是給你家的感覺，提供不輸酒店的服務和配套！酒店非常安靜，非常適合帶小朋友出行，享受舒適的週末
