Vienna International Hotel (Yuhuan Wanda Plaza) Reviews

Already posted in another review that i had a bad experirnce with the check in process. Rooms itself was not bad and lots of eateries and places to buy your necessities. If you are willing to walk a little there is the wanda plaza also nearby.

I stayed at the Vienna Hotel in Yuhuan before and had a very good impression. I stayed in Vienna again this time. Considering that I need a quiet sleep, the guy at the front desk upgraded me to a room type for free. The room type is spacious, tidy, clean and hygienic. There are a lot of snacks and Chinese food around, and it's also close to Wanda Plaza. The hotel breakfast includes basic items such as noodles, wonton stew and more. Very satisfied with the service 👍

The best hotel in Zhuji. It’s super big. You can lie on the sofa at night and watch the night view. The view is very wide.

The waiters are very patient and will say hello when they see you when they are busy. The environment is good, the transportation is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the surrounding area is very close to Wanda. There is also a greenway. It is good to take a walk when the sun is out. I will continue to support!

The hotel staff are enthusiastic and have a positive attitude. The breakfast is rich in variety, the dining environment is good, and there are toothbrushes and slippers for children. Parking is convenient, the underground parking lot has a large space, and there are Xiaoju charging piles in the ground parking lot, making travel convenient. There is a market near the hotel location, and the surrounding environment is relatively average. Disadvantages: There was a disposable slipper under the coffee table in the room that was suspected to be left by a previous guest, and there were scraps of paper under the sofa that were not cleaned up. I hope that we can pay more attention to these small details and be more refined in the future.

The service attitude was very cold. There was always a rumbling sound in the room. Because it was midnight, I was too embarrassed to change rooms. I basically didn't fall asleep at night. The experience was very poor.

I came to Yuhuan to run a marathon. I originally checked out at 12 o'clock, but I delayed my check-out to 3 o'clock for free. After the run, I took a shower and slept. For this reason, I have to give it a five-star rating. There are many places to eat around the hotel, and it is also very close to Wanda Plaza. Recommended to stay.

衞生差，毛巾上還能看到下水道的那種蛾子；電視總是顯示無信號，沒法看；設施老舊，牆脱皮，簾子上有一塊塊的臟東西，空調面板看着又舊又不衞生；房間味道大，剛進門的時候會特別明顯的感覺到有一股子味兒，空調出風口的壁紙都發黴黑了；服務一般，進來停車的時候也沒人引導，地面停滿了也不説怎麼去地下停車；響應慢，電視不能看打電話讓上來弄一下，還打了兩個電話催了才有人來。總體比住過的其它維也納差多了。

房間裏面是真的寬暢，服務質量是一流的。早餐豐富不説，還有宵夜。前台的服務質量非常好，我們要增加飲用水，他（她）們立馬就給解決了。

房間可以，隔音不好，隔壁洗澡流水聲音很大，浴室門關不緊，洗澡噴頭固定不住，水壺蓋子壞了，提供的充電線沒法使用

酒店很不錯，房間很乾凈整潔，不過半夜好像也隱約聽到隔壁樓的音樂聲，前台態度很好，自助早餐相對來説還可以
